M Tom,pan down on that link and you will see a couple of sections of his speech and a few excerpts from Anglo Zam (the JV vehicle) and the exclusivity agreement certainly benefited AAL as it took the deal "off the streets" and was a price we were willing to pay in order to agree the phenomenal terms that will be confirmed.
