As for last year performance that's means nothing imo. The average I have, and my forward looking target and expectations, are more important to me.

One could argue that the fact RMM has dropped more it represents better potential returns and opportunities. You cant make an argument for an investment based on a comparison of its performance over an arbitrary time period. Youre simply looking for confirmation of your own bias canetoad.

More than happy for you to not see the opportunity some do here. For you not to invest or to decide to sell etc. No problems. However this board isn't really about the stocks you prefer to RMM. It's about discussing RMM imo. Not sure why you keep beating the same drum.

Again it's a case of having the last word and trying to be proven right etc. We have different views. We don't need to agree. Each to their own. It's pointless trying to convince anyone your right. Let time do the talking. Prove yourself right by your portfolio performance, not by trying to convince others. Same to those battling the case for RMM. It's a no win argument ATM unless you've a crystal ball.

I'm very happy with what I've achieved as an investor. I have faith in RMM but as with anything I monitor my investment case. If it changes I sell, if it stays valid I hold, if it improves I may add. Simple as that.

No probs. Sadly my posting here is a bit same same as I'm not trying to create a buzz. Simply saying what I invested and for me it's the same overall narrative now as when I invested before it rose up and dropped back.
I agree with the annoyance on the stope collapse Comms (or lack thereof), and the finance is dragging it's heels but otherwise fundamentally unchanged in overall outlook and target price.

They have a producing mine, safe juristiction, the infrastructure, the team, they sell it paid at port mostly and are ramping up and improving resilience. They are valued as an explorer without any proven resources, and certainly not accounting for all the above pros. RMM aren't a junior explorer looking for loads of capex with years of construction and commissioning before they make cash.
Yes they need financing, but they have that in hand and are working to completion.

Personally I'm expecting a potential delay RNS, having said that the fact we haven't heard after hours RNS like last time may suggest they are working their hinds off and close to completion. Just don't know.
For me l, providing the finance completes (and I personally believe it does) then even if delayed that's fine. If however they had to rely on CLN debt based financing for the turnaround, and the debt financing didn't happen, that would probably be material to my investment case and I'd potentially sell.
While we may get a delay I'm not expecting it to fail to complete.
Still large upside here and IMO a calculated risk investment and not a pure gamble as some believe.
All our own choices based on our own styles, methods and beliefs. Mine works well for me so that's okay.

As I say, you've made your investment personal and you therefore have no perspective. You're in it until you're proven right, with ego or whatever you feel will be damaged not letting you walk away.

I'm happy for us to disagree on it however I'm still in the camp that my explanation and definitions are sound and while I accept that I'm sure they could wrangle the detail and get out if they really desired it, I stand by my understanding of the term binding term sheet as opposed to non binding. I.e. they have signed and entered into a binding commitment to conclude the deal. That is the point of it being binding and which differentiates it from being a non binding contract.
I also believe due diligence is completed as per RNS. We agree on the key aspect that it will close. The rest is semantics I suppose.

A term sheet normally has some binding terms, but is overall non binding. However this clwas always signed as a binding term sheet which isn't the same. The essence the difference between non binding and binding is the obligation to close the contract (perhaps subject to some get out clauses in completion of a successful DD) which we've been told is now completed.
What's left is the mundane, complex techy legal loan documentation that takes ten times longer than it should along with the customary 'red rape' stuff.
