Travelcard, the use of multiple accounts because of your bitterness at losing money in a stock and spending most of your time pushing negativity on one stock is where the desperation is at.

Regarding the f'd up rocks. I think if BT etc knew anything for sure they would have released an RNS so ATM I imagine they are playing it coy as they want to evidence their suspicions.

RMM is well worth this price and it certainly does take all to move a market from day, swing and more longer term holders.
Ultimately how each person sees fit to buy and sell it a personal choice and all participants makes the market. We all have different preferences and strengths.
I believe RMM are worth every penny at this price and then some but clearly after a strong rise yesterday and a while in the lows traders will trade and other participants may decide to take their capital back after sitting at a loss for a while.
For me personally this is always a mid term play on the fact RMM meet the criteria, in the right commodity and I believe are seriously undervalued and likely to be deliver much larger returns over a medium term.
We may well range here while the volatility of the above jostling occurs, then I personally believe we will see a more gradual upside momentum (with peaks and troughs) as the turnaround is executed.
So for me, im well positioned here and its simply a monitor stock atm. The daily / min by min swings can drive you insane if you focus on them. (Albeit hard not to have a little peak) haha

Personally we're way off my target I had when I first bought in, and I agree this rise is nothing compared to where I personally believe true value is, but I don't think it's particularly poor form to enjoy the last two RNS' John.

Personally wouldn't call this a re rate yet but it's a nice welce rise after some derisking..

Lies is a strong term and to me suggests intent of deception.
Personally I don't believe that it is a case of lies, by how I define a lie.
If I genuinely felt lied to I'd sell in a sniff.
Clearly we will all have different perceptions on it. That's fine.

I agree the prospect of free cash flow from a small scale production financed without dilution was and continues to be an attractive part of the proposition.

Cash flow/financial management should and (for me) certainly is an important consideration of my investments in the juniors. So I can understand your frustration on how slow it's been and lack of news around the small scale production from CE.

I know they are still completing the study, which I've been told is being worked on by arcm teams and two external consultants and that that work to date is encouraging. So it's no dead duck, while realistically its clearly going to take longer, it's still an attractive option in the future.

Perhaps the other complications have been around MM legal stuff, licence reorg, drill outcomes from CE and the broader activities and negotiations with majors.
I don't know though so just my musings on those.

Personally Im happy the reasons I invested are still valid. Delays and share price are annoying but I'm comfortable my investment case still stands.

We all have different drivers, outcome expectations, timescales, etc so have to make our own decisions.

I've contacted him many times longfell but as you can imagine it's no major info to share tbh otherwise it would have to be out in the market. I just find it useful to engage to try to clarify, than assume stuff.

I did ask about a conference call and was advised he understood frustrations but he feels holding a call now would likely lead to more frustration as he can't really answer the topics people want to know more on i.e legal cases which they've announced are without merit/spurious etc, commercial discussions as within NDAs etc. Also around casa he hasn't released news as couldn't comment on progress of financing by a third party but that expected positive momentum on the sale.

Reiterated (as announced) the fact they have cash in excess of $3 million with further inflows from casa expected. Airborne survey underway.

Like I say nothing new but good to vent at someone worth venting at and hearing fr horse's mouth. Even if it won't be new info, it helps understand perspective and reasoning.

For clarity, as it's important to be true to my own view despite a lack of respect for a certain poster here....

I do agree that clearly a higher VWAP to reduce the number of shares to Kapore would be preferable. That's pretty obvious.

I also agree that it's likely Kapore will sell to raise opex etc, albeit it this is an assumption, not a fact, and any disposal should be an orderly and managed disposal ; not a dump.

These factors mean when the deal finalises I'm not expecting any potential reaction in the market to hold short term.

However ARC will hold and add to its portfolio two prospecting licenses in the Botswana Kalahari Copperbelt, adjacent to the world-class high grade copper-silver project Zone 5, owned by Khoemacau Copper Mining ("Licenses").

So for clarity I believe your points on this topic aren't without merit Ella. I do however think this acquisition is in the right postcode, albeit a seemingly high price.

On balance overall I'm still here on the basis I see a commercial transaction being executed within the Zambian assets. That's my personal view.

I'm not here to pursuade others to agree with me. It's just my beliefs and my personal investment choices.

They never actually say they will likely be selling a lot did they...

They say 'In the event Kopore requires further cash to fund its operations, the Company may fund this through an orderly
disposal of some or all of the ARC shares.'

So yes could be lots, could be some, could be none but will be sold orderly. While I wouldn't imagine they will hold them and will likely sell most of them it's important to ensure such comments are clearly personally opinion, and not presented as statements of truth.

Anyway, I'm still awaiting a commercial transaction. (Personal opinion)
