This is not a very rare thing. If I had a company that I was considering listing a 'cash shell' like this can give easier access to get meet requirements to get listed, and can provide support as they have done it before, and provide some capital to invest. To me those are fairly good added value items. Clearly investing at this stage is high risk for us investors so I have only put in a relevant portion of portfolio. Main thing for me are a) is it focusing on an area I see growing and b) who manages the shell, have they done it before. Never any guarantees but I decided yes to both. It wont be for everyone.

Also they have a pile of cash ready to invest in whatever it is they choose within their strategic boundaries.

Well, we ended even I think. Seems to be off the radar this share (pun intended). Investor chronicle or alike tips it, its goes up then as it drops all the investors who are sat on a loss die to a tip sell up. Obviously Mr Market needs bigger and better deals to react. Unfortunately.

I agree. I realise that things take a while but its not like they donelt have product in place etc. Step change seems to be very slow so either adoption isn't as expected, or something is happening in background. It really needs communication. These small price drops each day are not big, but being so frequent they add up. Does impact confidence and test patience. Good luck.

Coop, I read your post and couldn't see a question but in respect to your asking for views. My preference would be financing via debt (providing decent terms) rather than equity. However my view is that it will be a mixture of both with a substantial portion being by equity, given that's what they said in the 19th Feb RNS. ' It is intended that a substantial proportion of the funding will be raised through equity finance.' While not my preference on the financing mechanism, as long as they get it (and given the strong institutional backing I believe they will), I don't particularly care

So quiet on here and generally feels like kromek have gone into hibernation. I am sure deals will come, but need something to peak interest here as this has been on downward momentum for years. I said I would give it a year or some time back. So will hold through but need to start to see the deals.

I am just telling myself its noise and jostling that wont matter, with the redom / financing going on etc. Could have made a five figures and sold and rebought on recent high but I just didn't want to be out. Always was a long term trade but as said earlier perhaps I should have been more open minded to strategically selling some after the FS. One way or another it will be clearer over next few months.

I was about 100% up before the drop. Now its looking less healthy, albeit still in profit.....for now. I was much happier when it was at 1.50 lol. Agreed, onwards and upwards......please :)

@Addicknt - my stack of cash is sat in bcn. I wish I had also sold at the highs and bought back in like others have. That said, I didn't want to trade and risk being out and didn't envisage this level of reversal. Live and learn I guess. Probably guilty of being too attached. While I believe this is just a blip, could have made some decent money to put back in now.

Damned if I know why but it seems overdone whatever the reason. Not overly worried, just so frustrating.
