I know we have discussed my preferences before on not selling and going to production but I have come around to the idea. Mainly as it provides a clean 'no regrets' exit. I did notice in PS interviews of late he had said about the being low in the cist curve and long LOM is what people look for to buy a mine. I thought that was an odd phrase, rather than saying to buy 'from' a miner. It may be just phraseology and nothing to it, but it stuck as an observation. I may rewatch them later. Sure he mentions it a little into the recent share talk interview.

Seemed okay at £1.57 top price, but right now just gives me concern. Too close though. I will take the risk then reassess or cry lol.

Yeah defo limited free float especially after equity financing. I made another post before but doesnt seem to be on the thread, can't be bothered to do again. This site has loads of glitches atm. Hopefully we will hear on the debt element this week.

Must say, while I am confident here I am nervous how the short term price will be if nothing is released on financing this quarter and if it does edge into q3. Also the election stuff going on in mexico is making me a little uneasy. I ain't close to the details of it, but its not a stable situation. Life will be less anxious when financing is announced! @Addicknt, I have caved in, its now nail biting time, not much of them left. I am over exposed to this stock, which is not helping.

I don't have L2 access but looking at the trades on here seems there has been 2 sells of about £24k total. Will just have to wait it out now.

I see your angle/thinking process Possibly a bit too big I think. Didn't they do a pre ipo round of funding of about 20 million and expected to be worth about 40 million on listing. I would be happy if it were, but don't think that will be the outcome imo.

What are your thought on funding then, although obviously based on best guess? Based on the info I have seen and heard it will likely be debt from asia and equity from both existing cornerstone investors and new ones from us and uk. Debt will be announced first, then followed by equity. I read an article that mentioned 200mill debt, 250 mill equity and a max new shares of 365 million. So thats where my head is at. Anything better is all good.

Yeah not to be written off yet. Not burning any cash in the interim and was always speculative but backing those in charge who have done it all before. No guarantees ever but I think it will come good in time.

Which bit? Their equity stake or the 30% on the jv areas? I am no expert on kdnc but have followed with intrigue. I do not believe they are going to be involved in the cap raise, based on info or lack of it in regard to them being part of it to date. So will be diluted along with all of us. However, they would still have the jv areas in my mind whenever they get mined. Is that your thinking?

I have been looking at this company and also like the sound of the benefits of a tyre application. I came across another company looking at the US market. Has anyone come across Gratomic (tsx listing). I found an article talking about them targeting the 'tire' market. There are more articles.
