I dont subscribe to SP so can't see the write up. Must say I am very unnerved by all this. Unfortunately I haven't had a ray of sunshine to help my feelings on any of my other investments. So I have a choice of realising serious losses, or holding out. If I sell now and take losses and it recovers I feel sick. If I keep it invested and lose more, guess what, I feel sick. Nightmare really.

Well done for making up for losses here on SOLG. I seem to have the opposite of the midas touch atm. Virtually everything I hold is struggling. Hope the price picks up here soon.

Are you invested here then longinvest? That is a pretty pessimistic view to be fair, but each to their own. Not sure its hope. Low costs, strong institutional holders, offtakes for all mined, low on cost curve for production and about half raised. There is a risk that remainder funding can not be secured, however I personally believe it will be. The wider macro position of the lithium market at present is just making it harder to secure at what PS sees as a reasonable price. Mexico will want this to succeed, the offtakers will, the institutions will. I remain 'hopeful' that the funding will be secured based on the above 'reality'. IMO the impact of the current position is potentially increased dilution on equity raise and timescales. I still personally have the view that in a couple years we will be at an all time high, unless bought out. I can not see PS selling up atm as no one will pay what he will want at current valuation. All imo.

Viera al the Genisis customers are on the waiting list for Argo, maybe thats why. Glass is half full and all that ;)

Fair enough I can understand why. I am of the view that cant be that much downside from here. The extra dilution of fund raising at these prices is a pain. I am not thinking of selling, but getting close to breaking another top up. I am still confident in the assets, and I believe the funding or another solution will be sorted in time. Just my price target will change as clearly the chances of greater equity are high. That said if they raise all equity at these prices it would need to be approved. As will be above the 365 million resolution that was passed. Hoping it can pick up a bit before then.

It is totally tempting to top up. I decided to do so at 70p woops. I simply cant justify it though. Already have too much here, and even if I topped up my average wouldn't really come down too much, bar a significant further investment. I too am at around 80p average so my accounts are looking rather disgusting.

Various benefits of rto over ipo support, easier to list etc. Rto or ipo would still get press. I see your point about crypto exchange being more established market though, therefore make money early etc. Needs to be a platform joe bloggs can understand though. Blockchain tech is still in early exploration/ very early adoption stage in terms of commercialising. However, IBM are picking up pace on payments over the stellar network. I suspect the results will speak for themselves and the disruption of blockchain, once out there more, could be swift. Albeit not instant. Unfortunately most people if you talk blockchain or crypto think bitcoin. Bitcoin I personally don't value, albeit I appreciate and respect what it was the path finder for. However most people see bitcoin as the be all and end all and look no further, which I personally believe is currently damaging the bigger picture. Hopefully we called it right with the view it is the future, but will need plenty of patience and cahunas to work through it.

A_H, out of interest why do you view crypto exchange being only thing worthwhile? Rather than a some sort of busines solution based on blockchain?

PS is also incentivised to not sell low ball if that ever came up, with 'the inclusion of a cash payment representing an acceleration of unvested options in the event of a change of control of the Company at an acquisition price of at least 130p per Bacanora share.' Its a shame to see price where it is, but I will continue to hold, and consider it a detour on the longer journey. Fingers crossed patience will pay off in time. Gl.

The key bit, and the unknown bit, is how many new shares will be in circulation. As part of the rto the private company shareholders etc will get new shares in the public company. Obviously the fact we already own 30% will help reduce this, but it will reduce the day one price. So while satoshipay is worth 17 million, based on recent funding, at this point the current price / mcap of blu is really a red herring to try and work out what the price will be after rto. Its fun to try do but just worth being aware of.

I think that most of the placing shares will have been flipped now. Maybe 20% left or so and will probably have cleared tomorrow I would have thought.

Cant really guess what it will be. There will likely be more shares created as satoshipay are larger than blu. Just have to wait and see really.

Well something's going on as incredible volume and consistent buys.

Yeah some large trades. I should get level 2 data. What do people use/recommend? I have thought about moving my account to IG as I think you get level 2 with them.
