Am I missing something Wolfi e.g. about the importance of the site as, while I appreciate the shared link, I don't see it suggest anything new, other than what we know about the potentia/intended ipo.

To be fair, I tried and couldn't. Started with a test at 40k shares and then in hundreds of shares and NT. Ah well. Happy Easter. This is just they important patience part, or risk trading. Considered the latter, would have done well, but could / could have easily gone against.

Personally I never thought the seller(s) had finished. Just paused. I was tempted to trade it when it went up close to 30p however little point as always the risk of news and missing out. So I will be staying put and perhaps checking price less. IMO nothing to be concerned with.

I totally see your point, just struggling to see how else it would work as a spin off. That said, that's for PS to get paid to deal with and us to just have faith in. However I wont be taking any bets as its wide open. Besides at this rate I could probably only afford to bet a good quality Bratwurst Addicknt. Ha

I also agree dilution will happen as part of the separate equity element of the capital raise.
I totally disagree re no benefit of a spin off of Zin to existing shareholders, it will provide existing shareholders with value one way or another. Current shareholders will benefit.
The idea that a listed parent company (BCN) can/would spin off and list one of its current shareholder assets and not provide any value to those existing shareholders is madness.
We just cant say the mechanics of exactly how or how much current shareholders will benefit. The latter are the points we are debating. Like I said I don't care exactly how we benefit as long as we are.moving forward with production at Sonora as a priority.

To be fair I said ' I think normally'. Addicknt your option is also valid. I was simply replying to another poster, and reaffirming they are planning to do a spinoff. No one can 'guarantee' anything to be fair Addicknt, least of all us on this board. Lol. But in addition to your option when a spin off happens it is also common for SHARES (not money) in the new company to be distributed to existing holders in the parent company. Either way, none of us can guarantee that wont happen, or what you said wont happen. In all honestly I dont care less which happens, as long as it brings value back to us shareholders.

I think normally with spin offs shares are distributed on a pro rata basis to existing shareholders. Tax-free, as a dividend. But so many options really, and a lot of interesting activity that has been discussed on this board already. Just looking forward to actual news. Surprised we haven't seen a TR1 if that sell was capital the other day. Anyway, I think a spin off appears more likely than a sell off based on what P.S has said and the job roles that were advertised.

Yeah they are certainly looking to spin this off after the FS this quarter. This will defo help bring some value for shareholders. Personally, I am all for it given the current position. How much and how this works we will wait and see. Its certainly an exciting (but also nervous) time. Good luck. I have a fairly large chunk here so keeping it all very firmly crossed.

With the performance this week. Also think today showed some.strength/resilience. Lets hope for much more to come and the return to a three digit share price.

But if the volumes was due to Capital they would have had to notify going down through the thresholds, within a couple days of crossing it. As they still had 4.7886% at last tr1. Cadence were below the threshold at 2.77% so could have been them. Either way at least the sellers chares are being churned and when they do dry up it will be splendid. Personally I think its close but not completed from the sellers.
