Just a view...11 Jan 2018 20:26
Been holding here a little while with a moderate initial position and while I am a little down atm it looks pretty good imo.
I can see the past price / chart history doesn't show a great trend, in fact pretty ugly... and has put this in the unloved phase. That said, I can see a pretty clear strategy has emerged from the ugly duckling. Focus on a core project while maintaining other projects at lowest cost to either sell or otherwise valorise.
Patrick is award winning geologist and has already shown he is capable to build and sell off a business with Archaean Gold.
Main project wise the ongoing potential demand vs supply seems positive, what with the increasing coal closures and environmental benefits.
Seems to have viable volume and quality of product. Many samples of Pozz getting independent pre certification. Positive basic testing on Perlite.
Obviously any company this size, in this sector, will need funding. That said they have a strategic focus on low costs, potential return(s) from sale of wider projects and the directors take fees in shares which is a real plus for me. In any case, while dilution cant be avoided the above indicates it wont be frivolous, could be reduced, and the main project seems worth the capital.
I may have to catch this falling knife...
