Aviz....question. in relation to your calculations in your post (see section of your post copied at bottom) ; how have you determined these valuations.

You're suggesting the 1mill investment has gone up 38 times in value since bytedances latest raise in 2019, which worldsec took part in.
You obviously didn't like my views when I last posted on here and you assumed im a deramper. I may well be wrong, and I'm not going in for an ego contest, I'm open minded to hear others views. I just can't see what you're seeing but I'm genuinely interested to understand how you've determined those calcs. What's the reasoning / what supports the data behind each figure...

More fag pack cals: I assume a conservative estimate of our original $1M investment is now worth £2M (Sterling). If US, Britain, Australia and NZ (possibly India) use of tictok is worth $50M then that is £38m (sterling).

Wouldn't be surprised if some news either way I won't complain.

IMO I would want a sale now to chase another project. I just believe as a shareholder I would do better with the potential in capital growth as the project progresses, rather than a sale now.

I also ponder the bulk sampling situation. Although it's been said they wanted more and now it's permitted we are able to print vide as can mine a larger area. Perhaps as has been mentioned it's a case they want to see the quality consistency across the area.

Getting an offtaker is absolutely the key here imo and so I remain hopeful as I have done for a fair while. Slowly, slowly but surely.

In terms of the speculation on why, imo...

I did assume that the movement was due to the selling of placement shares but I'm not convinced as I'd expect more consistent and consecutive round figured trades.

It appears mostly PIs selling who are perhaps getting spooked by the drop and unfortunately many then follow. It's just the change of the guard and it always happens at some stage. I suspect a lot of emotionally led trading is happening.

Regarding comments on a placement I would have dismissed that out of hand but the only reason I won't is as I know they are looking at adding near term opportunities. As per the recent RNS. So it is possible a raise may be for something like that but in reality it's all just conjecture.

Totally agree and they are pessimistic figures as you say. If they get the finance to wrap up the JV this should re rate significantly imo.

The best part to me and what could be the defining point in terms of why I believe this is so undervalued if the deal is finalised is the fact they keep saying project level financing rather than co level.

Yeah and also PC has a good chunk of the shares doesn't he nearly 7% of the company.
Perhaps also it's the right time from an insider perspective, as they will now be having more definitive discussions with potential offtakers etc.
Stupid statement as it's obvious but the next 6-12 months should be company defining in a good way I hope.

NAT if it's was a dual listing, rather than a relisting off LSE to the states, I'd anticipate we would hold our shares here. Albeit the share structure may change it would be a case of wait and see to be honest.
Regarding dual listing and if the price and value of a dual listed share moves in tandem then the answer is yes and no.
They are not mirrored, so they do fluctuate independently, however they should largely align. So the interest we expect we would get if listed in states 'should' certainly do is a favour imo.
If a dual listed share was massively different on each exchange every man and their dog would take arbitrage positions.
Will have to wait and see what happens but it would make a lot of sense.

I think a US listing would be best for this also certainly from an investor support and interest perspective, sespite the geographical connection to Canada.

I bought in only relatively recently (compared to many) at an average of .009 so I was up 4-500%. I hadn't sold any until today as I admittedly sold a small amount of about 1.4 million simply as Ive been watching others shares I want to be invested in rise fast and It was right for me to realise my initial capital and some gains.

That said I still hold multiples more than I sold and will be holding longer term with those. It seems to be a no brainer. I totally agree the deal is great and from where we were originally to now Art has certainly proven to me he can make a deal. I personally think he has played a total blinder here. It was check mate and he has strategically managed to get a great outcome. Pretty rare.

It's exciting times with the further news to come. I must assume that some placing shares are propping up supply side ATM Shane no tie in but hey can't have it all!

Splitting hairs kopf I thought that when I first bought in after watching and researching/deciding. Wouldn't measure in minutes unless your trading that timeframe.

All my holding is in a sipp but hey it's money for later life. I bought a fair few mill of these back at just under 0.001 and not sold a bean yet. It's got more room in it in glad it came through for sure. Well done all

Not in my opinion.
When it's ready it's ready and will be released I personally believe, irrespective of Canadian holiday. Is what it is though. The shares price will tell me when released one way or the other lol. Hopefully north as I've got a fair position albeit I'm up enough to still be in profit if bad news (in theory), but I'm invested for bigger gains so not sold anything even at recent highs. GL all
