For anyone who hasn't seen it just look at that Twitter link provided by Westie. I'm sure you'll all be aware of the history of the assets, and the fact our tenements hold a load of the top ten AA original targets from their work in 90s. But the bit I liked was the geological images bringing to life the multiple tier one potential we have.

We don't want out of this from a buyout for 15p or 25p etc etc we will get to that price quickly anyway with the right JV deal but the upside could be incredible. If we can prove up one or two let alone multiple tier ones, during a copper bullrun, the market cap has the potential to be incredible. Even if our project level % reduces if AA chuck money into it to prove up the resources. The signs are there it's a multi billion pound bit of ground.

That's the real value. That said too many it's, bits and maybes. I like the clean edge of a full buyout, after all it's no regrets and no ongoing questions of should I have held etc. But I much prefer the potential here if we can stick around too drill the hell out of this thing

JV has to be better for everyone. Albeit longer hold. That's the real money though. Don't get me wrong I'd make plenty at 14p but I'm here for more and we're worth more.

250 million is actually more around 14p, not 25p.

Providing there is no requirement of shareholders to approve new shares they can be forward sold into the market before actually receiving them. It happens but apart from being possible I don't view it as likely by the II in this case.

There are a lot of options: total sale, partial sale only, partial sale and JV, JV only, no deal etc

I (for various reasons) suspect a total sale or no deal options are less likely outcomes at this stage. I do think AA will want in and that in all those events the price will be going north of here.

I suspect, as you infer, it's more likely to be some form of JV farm in style agreement than a full buyout. Who knows.

This may mean less immediate short term leaps in gains, but I think is more likely to result in a larger gradual returns to shareholders, as they prove up the resources with a major.

Depending on the deal specifics, Im prepared to wait and hold. However the same as you F29 if a full sale ends up being the outcome I'll just count up and move on. I'm simply not setting my expectations and hopes on that.

Maybe go ask that on the relevant board. I'm all for sharing but.....nearly every post lol.

I have a target minimum just over 3 X this price IMO and I'd expect more, maybe much more, depending on the outcome. All we can do is research, invest and be confident enough to hold. If anything this is the easiest time to hold as it's progressed and now more detailed.

NvS is simply showing AA we have II support on the books and capital in the bank for now. We may be for sale but we are not desperate is the message.
For the same reason he informed the market ARCM can go into production of CE after the proof of concept mid Dec.

Even if AA walk away and NvS doesn't do a deal it'll be for the right reasons. He won't give it away
I'd rather no deal than a rubbish one. But AA are here to talk and have been around long enough to want in on this in some form.

Besides, even in that event. We are in a copper bullrun and the enviroent for the foreseeable is only stronger. Other majors are also back in Zambia. That's the thing we dont have to have a deal with AA, we have our own cards.

Even if AA fell through and no other majors about we can get production from CE with 'Modest capital requirements with quick payback' and
Fund it through the 'Potential for asset-backed loan against the plant'.

So we have a plan a, b and c.

I think the figures that factor in the % projects and fully diluted position for a full sale have been bang on. Again IMO that's the least we can expect and if we keep the project going with an interest the upside is even greater (albeit longer).

It's a compelling share if you've researched. Could it fail, yeah. That said I like our hand here and NvS seems to be managing it very well.

Anyway. Seems you could do with researching more and then if you don't like what you see that's fair enough. Walk away. I question your motives here.

I can understand why people might be tempted, it's easy to want to bank a profit with a large position, but at the same time you've got to let the winners ride.

The riser hasn't been spikey, been steady so far and it may rise and fall but this has a long way to go for a buyout and prob more on a JV longer hold.

Why sell self short. I'm holding all mine for sure. It's only just started the engine and running cold, not warm yet

I was in when Ortac (left and returned). Yeah looks like everyone's patience may well pay off. Well done and fair play.
I went onto shiny things but always intended to come back. I missed the lows in march but managed to build a solid position ahead of this.

Good to see. Nice and steady but upward.
Not looked at the trades, buy if the seller is still around and we're rising that's good. When they are gone we may see some greater moves up. But defo slow and steady is better. Albeit less exciting.
