The way I interpret it, it doesn't equal today's shareprice longfell.
Aprogerson has used the current shareprice to determine the or ratio of 2.9 but as per his other examples it shows producers (which we will be) run at higher p/e and that's JUST with the planned production calcs from Cheyeza. In effect we should be several multiples higher here on that alone by 2022 production, aside from the other assets which we obviously have the commercial interest in from majors and will continue to explore and get closer to, or locate, those main ore bodies.

I'm not seeing any really large trades though. Knowing what several of us have said we hold here, the trade numbers aren't that big IMO.

I'd absolutely hate dividends. This is at a stage where it's about growth, not income. This stock at the moment is defo about growth and the free cash generation is our bargaining chip with majors to say we can prove up this alone, or you can offer us a fair chunk of cash to buy it, or JV in it.
Can't see arcm looking at dividends for some time, and rightly so imo.
Also. Not sure this is even started a re rate yet lol. Barely moved. I'm discounting the fortunate ones who got in at the covid price in march. This has been around 4-5p range for very long time. So while 6p is okay I'm defo looking for much more upside here.
We'll know when the re rate has really begun, and I do expect it to start in next few months (IMHO).

It's sad they lost money here, and sadly probably will lose more elsewhere as is way too emotionally charged.
How much time have they lost now too blaming others and holding a grudge. Well, all the best to them. I won't rub in their face when ( if ) we do well here, they'll feel bad enough anyway.
Despite their constant need to try out a negative spin on this share, it'll make not a blind bit of difference to anyone including them.

Based on your comments you were not on the call. You may be right in your assumption most are interested in the AA deal, or may be wrong, and while it's valid to consider these things imo it won't matter.
It's clear ARCM are in the best financial position they've been, they are funded through the next two years (without the CASA millions), they have said they have a better view of where the main ore bodies may be and will drill deeper, they have a low capex route to production without dilution to generate about 25 million dollars free cash 45-50 million gross a year, they have other majors sniffing around.
So for me the AA deal could be fab, it's partly why I'm here, but its certainly not the only route to growth here.
I'll decide what to do next when we know what any deal is but this seems like a fantastic opportunity to me.

I posted some notes here but I was particularly comforted even though I was already well bullish here.

The cash /funding position, the pilot to production timescales capex and free cash generation, the broad interest they have from majors and the confirmation again from NvS that they'd want significant upside. Lots of avenues and I just added about 600k shares in several tranches.
Large holding now and I genuinely think even China blue may want back in lol

Just reiterating they have enough cash funded until at least end of 2022 and that this is NOT reliant or inclusive of any CASA payment.
Will cover all drilling.

Also looking at expanding asset footprint

Key points I got
- At current prices would generate 45-50million dollars
- generate free cash flow of about 25 million dollars a year, from about a year's time
- capex looks between 5-10 million dollars
- having /had discussions with offtake partner discussions
- confident can fund this at asset level, not dilutive

Again all sounds good and on that alone shareprice should be much higher imo

NvS said obv can't delve into what a deal may look like as in discussion etc but basically said:
- very satisfied with interactions to date
- daily discussions, DD etc all extremely satisfying
- approached by other majors, including large Chinese player but obv at this stage have had to inform them we are in Exclusivity period with AA
- Any deals need to drive a significant value from where we are today.

All sounds good. As we've said NvS wont give away and others waiting if AA don't offer. Now they are talking about plant (easy dirt moving).

No decision to be made for me personally, nothing has changed against why I invested here, if anything its improved. I'm confident here and therefore my position is highly exposed to arcm ATM.

That said, investing is a personal thing and I try to be open to that fact. While selling doesn't make sense to me, im okay with those who may choose to sell. However the important question for me is if people choose to sell should that influence my
own view. My answer is absolutely not.

We must make or lose our own money based on our own views. If you're generally right more often and manage wisely you'll do well.

Imo, the only reason an AA deal won't happen is if they don't offer a good enough deal and NvS declines. Beyond that, given tech and corporate due diligence was completed before they announced they were going to sit at the table to try work out a commercial transaction, I believe AA want to get this done.

So we take our positions and monitor. I try (not always successfully) to make investment decisions logically, not emotionally and I think this is only possible if you have a clear reason why you invested and what you want to get.
It's when people invest without those things that the emotional trading happens and often that's the main cause for blaming others and losing money. Just like China Blue.

The manipulation in the markets I think there is true both sides. I do agree markets can and are manipulated, like the recent showing and orchestrated PI revolt. That said, it's not as wide spread and systemic as people say.

If they had major news imo they'd have had to release it, and I would have expected them to have released it alongside, and not after, today's investor conference RNs.

I'm not saying news before the call isn't possible, it may be he knows news is likely before Monday.
Just imo it's important to be open minded to the fact it may well just simply be an investor conference call, to provide clarity and more general updates. I'm sure he has triggered on to the confusion and lack of clarity shareholders have felt lately.
Anyway, all good here. Holding and patiently waiting. Remaining confident.

Id suggest that before you scatter your money across all your stocks only to decide later its a 'scam' that you do more research initially.
Im assuming based on your sentiment its more to do with you like chasing big wins in two minutes, and in reality you don't actually know why or what you hold, or have a target of any kind. You basically throw money around stocks and hope some of that mud sticks to a rocket. Good strategy.

That said, each to their own. GL to you.
