That’s the million dollar question I have been mulling over as wherever you look you can’t find them although I did see reference to the SRN apparently being on voting proxy forms but a posted mine some weeks ago I can’t even check if this is correct !
Don’t always agree with your posts Bozi but your observation below is spot on! It is VITAL that PI’s cast their vote in support of the BOD at the forthcoming AGM otherwise there is a very real risk of BHP & NCM getting control of the Board which would spell the end of any hope PI’s have of getting a fair value for their investment in Solg. So come on everyone “Let’s be having Yer” get onto your Broker now (don’t delay) and cast your votes in support of the motions put forward by our board at the AGM on Dec 22nd
Your the only hustler round here Stack! Plain as day what your agenda is! Funny that my previous post which you took a dislike to had 10 recommends before you went telling tales to teacher! One of those people in life who likes to dish it out but can’t stand the heat if the kitchen gets a little hot! Oh dear oh dear what a sad and bitter person you must be to spend sooooo much time on here posting about a company which you clearly aren’t invested in! Who the h£ll does that? I’ll leave everyone to draw their own conclusions but it doesn’t paint you in a favourable light and undermines any credibility in your posts which others need to take with a pinch of salt! Kind of makes everything you say irrelevant much like you!
Likewise votes submitted in support of all AGM resolutions! Us Pi’s need to stand together and support the Board against the likes of BHP / NCM who want our company on the cheap!! As the saying goes “YOUR COMPANY NEEDS YOU!” so please make sure you use your voting rights to support the resolutions put forward by the Board.
“The directors have made up their minds as to the direction of travel which is to go to production.”
What a load of tosh! You clearly haven’t read any of the recent comments by the likes of Sanga & Irwin who are now steering the ship. It is as clear as day that either Cascabel will be sold or rage whole of Solg and that will unlock considerable value for Solg shareholders. Suggest you either get clued up on Solg or get out if you clearly can’t be bothered to do any research! That’s assuming of course you are actually invested in the first place and not just trying to manufacture a lower entry point with your blatant de-ramping?!
Personally I would be disappointed with such an outcome given the known value in the ground at Cascabel and the massive upside potential across all of Solgs other tenements! But like others who have had to suffer years of jam tomorrow I have reluctantly resigned myself to such an outcome ( possibly in the 60’s but hopefully a bit higher) which would allow me to monetise my investment and use it more productively elsewhere! I hope I’m wrong and we have a ding dong battle between the majors for control of Solg which could result in something like a true fair value for what we have and this certainly isn’t beyond the bounds of possibilities. Whatever the final outcome it’s been one hell of a ride but IMHO it’s now coming to its conclusion! GLA
Goodmorning Copper. I don't dispute that but my point around Tesla is not about a single post but ALL his posts are basically de-ramping designed to trash Solg and sow negativity! Why is he here when he clearly has no skin in the game?
We all know you’re not invested in Solg so why are you on this board constantly posting your negativity? Of course it’s blindingly obvious that your de-ramping Solg either for personal reasons ( greed?) or maybe your a foot solider of BHP sowing their seeds of doubt amongst private investors in Solg to try and keep the SP suppressed? Either way your no better than a troll and I think it’s time you crawled back down the hole you came from!
That’s remarkably ironic coming from someone who has repeatedly and doggedly claimed that Solg were ( or are) going to production! Think you need to re-read the article Q as Sangha makes it very clear that all the bluster of going to production is exactly that - just bluster! You need to wake up and smell the roses lol
“For six years the biggest liability on SolGold has been Newcrest and BHP. They’ve talked down the asset,” Sangha told The Australian Financial Review. “This is a case study for junior miners as to why you wouldn’t want these guys involved in your project.”
Definitely a rumble in the Ecuadorean Jungle coming and my money is on Sangha and his baseball bat to give BHP et all a damn good pasting! Bring it on!!
