Reassuring at least kadavul - I'm very at ease with the fact we haven't had another RNS and i suppose HUM just want to get on with producing the Gold and put this incident behind them. I am happy with all i have heard and managed to find out as a shareholder.

Afternoon HUMMERS.............Here is some GREAT NEWS!!! I thought I would try and put to bed the speculation in my own mind and hopefully offer some reassurance to everyone on here regarding the recent incident at Komana West. I rang the company this morning and had a lengthy chat with Bert. Basically he told me that Work is progressing on site without any interruptions and obviously there was no interruptions to the process when the incident occurred. The local community remain supportive and the small disaffected faction are completely calm. Finally I asked if they were back working KW again and I am happy to report they are! I then asked what they meant by �working on KW again�? Basically, this means clearing and grubbing up the top surface and some grade control drilling! If you recall the plan is to mine KW around October / November 2018. This is music to our ears and big relief to learn that things have calmed down completely and of course preliminary works are continuing on site at KW! In my excitement I never actually asked why we hadn't had an update via RNS to relay this information? I would conclude that it is obviously not material enough to warrant an RNS! If you read the "Incident RNS" again it does state that "further updates will be given by the Company as appropriate". I think the key word in that statement is "appropriate" If there had been a continuation of the incident or it had escalated further then that would be appropriate to issue an additional RNS. Feel free to contact HUM about it or take my post as red as it was straight from the horse�s mouth! Onwards & upwards......................in #HUM we trust!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I agree kadavul an update is way overdue! We need something official to put it to bed now. Confirmation on normal service resuming on KW along with those Artisanal miners involved at KW have moved on following the armed guard intervention. Like you say, 2 weeks is a fair amount of time, it was quickly announced to market so it should equally be confirmed where everything stands now.

Ciao Blackfisk21, i hope the weather is good out there and the locals are treating you well! I agree completely. life is too short! Indeed let the numbers do the talking. That is one element that cannot be argued, shouted down, negatively spun and so on and so on - I hope that the numbers will be better than expected but we shall have to wait and see!

I posted this on Thursday night by way of a little bit of number crunching and fun.............the childish noise has somewhat dominated discussions recently so i thought it would be good to post again. Lets see if we get some actual interesting discussion going regarding production figures and likely numbers etc. Apart from the recent incident at one of the future sites to be mined, i feel it is important to mull over the potential that is likely to be being realised as each week passes closer to the end of Q2 and HUM's first full historic quarter of production. Ok a bit of fun, i thought i would just estimate the gold produced to date given actual numbers and then some educated guesswork based on today's date being 1 week into June production.....here goes............... Q1 - 18,785 - FACT! April - 10,423 FACT! May - 11,300 - GUESSTIMATE! JUNE (so far) - 2500 GUESSTIMATE! Total - 43,008oz !!!!! Ok let's now multiply that by $1310.00 as a broad average per oz - that is a whopping $56,340,480 or �41,939,853 This is serious cash generation, it really is! It wont be a million miles out either, so buy end of Q2 that could amount to $68,000,000 or �50,608,660 which is pretty much 45% of our MCAP! WOW! (it is a hot sunny day, someone do a check on those numbers :) )

I must admit it has made me chuckle to read some of the posts over the last few days. BT offering to bet with everyone and telling us he has written 5 books. Wow.........impressive! Give me the name of one of your books BT it would be great to read one, quite looking forward to that. Now there is a conundrum for you BT, will you give us the name of a book you have written or is it all the just smoke and mirrors.......... Nomz - Production is running smoothly, in fact i would go as far as to say better than smoothly! Having spoken with HUM direct via phone and email, as a concerned investor, i have been completely reassured that nothing has changed in production targets and operations. So let's put that to bed! Secondly the site visit was during the latter stages of the ramp up period, the only true reflection from that visit was: 1. Ore was being mined and stock piled on the Rom pad. 2. Ore was going through the processing plant and the slurry was working its way through the CIL tanks. 3. The Gold was then poured before everyones eyes. Nothing more to be said on that really, the mine, operations and processing systems were and still are working fluently as designed! We have had further proof of that as each month the Gold production has increased, for such a short ramp up phase to announcing commercial production to then becoming a cash positive company, well the major fundamental risks have pretty much been negated and minimalised down to the general wear and tear and maintenance of the key components. The security incident has pretty much dampened down, again via emails with the company i am happy as an investor that the situation is firmly under control. The armed guard handled the incident out of the control of HUM and dealt with the law and order issue as they were instructed to do by the government. Social media is a wonderful tool and i read on one post while researching the incident in the Yanfolila area that law and order had resumed and the very small artisanal miners that were involved in resisting the armed guard have since desisted. I wouldn't be surprised if HUM release news soon giving shareholders and the market an update. But you can research this by contacting the company and other technology available to conclude that the incident, however unfortunate for those concerned and their families, is now under control and everyone appears to be moving on under the law and order agreement. All the analysts who went to site were there on behalf of their company and their clients. Their reports and analysis may never see the public domain. The analyst visit only became public knowledge when they opened it up to private investors in the form of a twitter competition. Have you had much contact with the company, how much research have you done on HUM management, asset and current and past progress etc. I am sure investors would be happy to hear the results of your research, maybe a good chance to debate.

It has been like this all week, a raft of sells and the bid has increased, they were paying 31.85 early doors and then upped it to 31.86 on more sells. There is a large hoover in the background. We have experienced a seller for some months but now it appears we have a buyer. Albeit the conclusions of the pattern of trading and how the bid and ask has been moving around.

Welcome on board Moljen - Its a patient one being in HUM but the fundamentals, as i am sure you are well aware of, are superb and very strong.............beware, like most BB's we have our resident morons who have never been able to come up with a point that is ever worthy of discussion, spout negativity wherever they can and even try to come up with conspiracy theories and the like..............

My goodness you are beyond idiotic! Share buy back is not an option at the monent we have only been commercially producing for 9 weeks. Let's see the war chest being built first, the LOM extended, successful months of production and sales, continuity in operations.......you can't run before you can walk. We will be paying down debt and building a healthy cash positive bank balance. Those are the most valuable items, then in time share buy backs and dividends will materialise. The AGM at the end of June has a special resolution integrated into the agenda regarding share buy backs, HUM are gearing towards the future when all these catalysts can cone to fruition. You literally have nothing else constructive to add do you BT.......

2 Inexperienced investors now in January and BT - Listen chaps if you haven't got the patience to wait until the share swapping or whatever is going on is done between the ii's then just sell and move on to something that will give you a return in 2 weeks or however long it takes for you to get worried about a stock. Its the same old crap from bored twa^tier all the time, the point has been made over and over and over and over and yawn and yawn and yawn again.............nobody is actually disputing the fact that there are unknown forces at play here. But rest assured i have been in many stocks that sit on a merry go round until the seats are filled and then it suddenly turns into a thrilling ride like the waltzers! Change the tune, we have all accepted it BT, but your compulsive disorder constantly comes to the fore as you parrot like repeat the same message. Bt this share really isn't for you, you are probably not experienced enough to be patient, you can't seem to realise that the value is constantly being added yet we are still only around 75% through the first ever commercial production quarter. We still don't have any official financial stance. However, it doesn't take a rocket scientist thst to add up the reported ounces and then apply a researched metric to fairly confidently predict the unknown months of production to create the scenario that HUM ARE MAKING SHIZZLE LOADS OF DOSH! If I was you, i would just sell up! Given your inexperience and worry about a stock also going backwards until the value is realised and the wave and momentum drives it forward, you obviously can't handle being a patient investor!

Nothing to even dispute here.............the following is straight from the 29th May RNS. In recent days, a limited number of people in the local area have disputed the Company's plan, previously agreed with local community leaders, the Government of Mali's Ministry of Mines and local government, to extend mining operations within the Company's permit area to the Komana West deposit. Our understanding is that this group of people were acting unilaterally to stop the Company carrying out initial site preparation work at Komana West.
