dropinmonkey - I have to disagree i'm afraid. You are wanting instant return on investment and this is not a fast moving O & G stock. You need to remember that HUM are still in transition from explorer / developer to producer. It is taking time for the momentum of the new role as a producer to take charge. Someone posted an analogy recently about the bus being at the stop and those wanting off at this stage are going but there is a queue of others wanting on board. When those on the bus depart and those at the stop climb on board the journey forward can continue. I'm not here to police this site and in no way do i do that! But when a moron constantly pipes on about the same subject day after day after day without offering any theory, reason or intelligent thinking around their posts then i will react. I'm all for debating the reasons we are not moving but derogatory rubbish should be challenged!
The sp has not under-performed.............it was 20p in May 2017 it sits at 30.5p and achieved a high of 39.5p around the time of first gold pour. It is inevitable of a pull back as the transition from explorer / developer to producer gets underway. Crikey, they are just at the end of their first ever 1/4 of commercial production, this is not a time to moan about the sp, accept it for what it is, if after 2 or 3 quarters of production we are still sat in the low 30's then we have a problem. BEAR comments from certain individuals are more often unfounded cr#p and wild theories.............bring some real discussion and then we can discuss it!
Returning cash to shareholders has been covered this week at the AGM where a special resolution was passed to commence the legal proceedings on this. We still don't have any free cash only the potential of free cash, however, after we get Q2 results we will no doubt get a full rns on how the cash is to be used, if not then we wait until end of Q3 when a cash revenue pattern emerges and they can more accurately predict the use of free cash by understanding the financial status and pattern emerging of a new gold producer.
I have said it time and time again, let HUM get on with it...............just be patient as the momentum of a gold producer gathers. It is new waters, new territory, let them find their feet, experience the emerging patterns and then judge how they plan and execute a new and / or improved business model going forward............
