They invested because they always had a buyer in mind. That buyer now gets a discount. This is a no-brainer if Polygon stay.

Catching up on today’s offerings, I am struck by one thing; how much it must pis$ on Ndn’s parade that the Stellar Ray Jordan has agreed to tell Synairgen’s story to the world. I mean, talk about quality and weight! A true PR Titan of the pharma industry. That must really offend Nd’s sensibilities. Oh well…roll on Synairgen’s big reveal….it must be something serious given that collab….

I would agree with you Woodstock, the right partnerships, when they are mutually desired and beneficial, can be transformational.

Pretty sure it isn't illegal Nd, with the correct 'legal infrastructure' in place to ensure no dodgy dealing of course. You should check with an M&A lawyer though to be sure.
