I think the extra 10 were to cover anyone who signed up for the clinical trial but failed to see it through, dropping out for whatever reason. It happens. 10 extra would be a decent % over and above to cushion impact of that.

The markets know we've had a new variant of concern roughly every 4 months. No one can predict when and which variant will catch us off guard again. Stockpiling will be needed the world over. The markets know this. I'm relaxed about demand because of the need for future pandemic preparedness amongst world governments.

According to the FDA demand has outstripped supply for therapeutics in the US and they are having to control allocations across the country. All fully verifiable on US websites. There is therefore a mismatch between what you believe, and what the US regulators and experts are saying.

Genuinely not trying to confuse with the semantics Doc83. I'm relaxed because there has been a steady pattern of this buy/sell action for months. That tells me there has been some clear thought involved, a strategy, i.e. it's not a knee-jerk reaction and less probably market-driven. Just my view, as always DYOR.

Doc83, no one has "dumped stock". There has been a regular and orderly offloading of shares from one party to another for some time. This is not new. It is strangely comforting IMO.
