I disagree.
Divide a year into 12. The first 2 would ARGUABLY be considered 'early' in the year (consider the the first 4 months of the year Early, the next 4 months MID, and the final 4 months LATE).
Unfortunately a false expectation was pushed on the BB over Christmas that said it a specific (unachievable IMO) date in very early Jan. One assumes the gameplay was to start to denigrate the company for being 'late' once that date was passed, which appears to be exactly what's happening.
I've asked a lot of people in delivery/planning functions and whatever way you slice it, the first 6 weeks to 2 months of 2022 would be considered 'early 2022' by all, there were no exceptions.
