@Adansky, I’ll try, as alway I happy to be educated. The share figures come from PFP website. As I understand it the SVP will be set up with the same amount of “shares” as PFP currently has in issue, the SVP share then “belong” to the PFP shareholders on the register at time of closure. Therefore if you have 100 shares in PFP on the register you also have 100 shares in the SVP. The SVP share will pay out on the BIT win and the PFP share remain to be trade on AIM as shareholding in what ever PFP becomes, if the is a reverse take over then new PFP will restructure with the reversing company. However if new PFP continues without a reverse then shares that have not yet been issued to the market can be. One of the GM resolutions is is that £1.5m of shares can be.
