Apologies for being pedantic but I don’t think the shares will have value as such. Ones holding versus the total enables your dividend/share of the proceeds of the sales to be calculated and distributed. What would be interesting is that although the shares are not tradable someone might be interested in buying them to increase their holding and hence divi.

My understanding is 632,494,834.

I’ve received a document from my platform stating shares in Rome Mozambique to be awarded as holding in Sept 2023, ie pre reverse.

….. becomes Rome Mozambique Holdings Ltd. Might this be the vehicle that deals with the PFP licences monies ?

Warrants … obligation from previous issues nothing to do with required funding. May or may not be taken up but the prices look very attractive against today’s SP. Brings some cash in and some dilution but all known about since original issues.

Nice find Poppyseed. Seems that the only issue for PFP LTH is what the dilution will be at the end of the day and if the suggested “under promise, over deliver” balances this out.

Nothing at all wrong with the strategy as long as you have prospect lined up to take its place. Time will tell.

The key point from this Vox article for me is that whilst New PFP will own a tin mine. It hasn’t previously been Rome’s strategy to keep hold on to assets. We could in a relatively short time be asset-less again.

Investor01, I think the question is whether the 29th May (the 6 month cash shell AIM requirement) is affected at all by the long stop date of the RTO with was recently extended to 21st June. Presumably AIM would have to be consulted and agree to a 2 month extension ? The "new" major shareholders list on the PFP website shows both significant new, and enlarged existing holdings. Presumably these shareholders are happy with how things are going date wise.

From memory I think the last reported long stop date is past the 6 months date. Not sure how this works ?
