If it is Klaus, TR1 at 3.01% was 20/05/21 when the mid-price was 0.68p, sold a 0.55p. Looks like a loss if these figures are correct and it is Klaus.

It appears from details on (https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/03696108/filing-history ) for 11 October 2022 that the authorised shares were increased to 4,267,146,922. 6th October MOS states issued shares was 4,156,035,811. So the head room is the difference, not much. (General comment not aimed at you) The only way to stop the authorised shares being increased and thereby allowing further issues is to vote against it at the AGM/EGM. MOS state in every annual report that they will not go for any debt and will gain capital from the parent's equity shares. The writing has been on the wall for many years.

@guzzler are you suggesting that the issued shares + the existing warrants and the proposed warrants + the recent raise will exceed the authorised shares ? Do you have figures ?

Perhaps interesting to consider Moz Gov's past experience of BIT/ICSID. I cannot claim this to be a definitive list, but it appears Moz Gov have been up in front of the beak a couple of times. Against Oded, South Africa (started 07/14, concluded 10/19) case dismissed as no jurisdiction, each paid their own costs c.US$ 244k. Also, against CMC, Italy (started07/17, concluded 10/19), case not proved, each paid their own costs c. US$ 237k. So Moz Gov's past experience is pretty benign. Perhaps this is one reason they do not appear, at least on the surface, to be too anxious to settle pre-BIT.

As was stated in the earlier RNS the shareholder opportunity (all the 1's) was oversubscribed. I'm sort of thinking that the directors should have stood back and let the normal shareholder have the full opportunity only taking a piece if it was undersubscribed.

@guzzler ... no Nigel didn't say come back in 26 weeks .. he made a comparison between the movement over a 24 hour period versus the movement over a 24 week period. His analogy was a fair one but you appear to want to misrepresent it for some reason.

Let’s get through the next few months of due diligence with AAG and hope they find enough ammo to fire at the Moz Gov. There’s 6 months of working capital in the bank with a further 6 months available to draw down at 5%.

Strong RNS which Moz Giv and TZM will have to sit up and take notice of. In poker parlance we are all in now.

This will no doubt be understood widely. PFP required to publish within 3 months of the end of the period (30 June), so this week. In 2020 they had a one-month extension due to covid which was notified by RNS on 3rd September resulting in publishing on 30/10. Happy to be surprised but Friday 30th. looks to be the day.

@oldschool …… plenty of understandable frustration on this and other loose ends. I’m confident there is lots being done on all fronts. The news flow is scarce but I give them the benefit of the doubt that public announcements just for the sake of it weaken PFPs hand. I understand assets have been identified by Hausfield. I’m hoping for more details in the full year report which shouldn’t be too far off now.
