Oldschool3, presumably you have contacted Peter Taylor via the PFP website and said the same directly to him, or is this just a keyboard rant ? I’ve spoken to him on a few occasions and alway found him open, as much as he can be , with details and willing to hear opinions. I don’t need to know every detail of the workings of this deal to know that any missed or rushed or ill considered action could hole the BIT below the waterline and will be pounced on by the Moz Gov legal team. I imagine that both PFP and AAG want to get this right . Closure of the deal has been a long time in the delivery but patient has always been the watch word here.

The need or desire for the £1.1m/£2.0m is cash flow and working capital, both completely unrelated to the SP. I would have more agreement if AAG staling to increase CF and WC pressure but a lower SP doesn’t cause this pressure.

I speculate but wonder if MMK’s purchase of 32m share is connected to Eckhof’s 16m and Trew’s +17m holding. 16m of each is 32m and removes each as significant shareholders. Time will tell, not sure yet what, other than an investor, MMK brings to the party. Obviously Eckhof has industry experience. Repeat, I speculate.

PFP web site is updated but Trew and Eckhoff holding % still incorrect. SP was circa 0.61/0.65 around 06/10/22.

@LFM we’re all entitled to an opinion but please give some support for your statement. Obviously your prediction hasn’t happened yet. What made you think the SP would behave as you predicted ?

@OS3 Past AGMs have shown that voting response is poor which means that the major holder hold sway. If they don’t want it it won’t happen or visa versa.

Why (rhetorical) do share holders get so upset with share issues ? They seem to just simply see a reduce MCap, ignoring the cash added to the company and the growth this can support. I see no reason to be concerned here and no reason for the amount to be “repaid”, certainly not as a dividend, which would set a serious president, or by taking shares into treasury.

30 May RNS states that the £2m " ...to be received imminently following the completion of all due regulatory procedures. " .. presumably therefore the delay is with the red tape of a USA registered company buying part of a UK AIM listed company. I imaging such a thing is quite highly regulated. We wouldn't want the Moz Gov to question AAG's ownership of IMM and the subsequent validity of their claim on the licenses.

The £15m is not needed on day one of the BIT process. AAG just need the ability to draw down on that amount should the process run its full extent. I imagine if the £15m is the issue it’s more about agreeing the terms AAG are exposing themselves to.

Anyone reading that article who has followed PFP will see it for what it is, a sensationalisation of the situation.

It would be nice if all stated dates were met and some would see this as a measure of competence. I’m certain that at the time of publication the Board believed their RNS to be correct. I’m pretty relaxed if dates are not met, I view them as intent rather than absolute and my experience with PFP is that the intent is sound and realised. I have much confidence in Peter Taylor and I don’t expect to be updated every 5 minutes. Each to their own though, it would be tedious if we all thought the same.

This is not aimed at any one individual but there is continuing theme on this chat board , been going on for months, of demanding details which have subsequently been supplied. Date of the OTM and signing the agreement spring to mind but there are more, the current grit in the Vaseline appears to be payment of the £2m. When are contributors to this board going to understand that patience is the key, all that has ever been promised has been delivered. Timings change get use to it. Maybe I am too pedantic but there is also clear misunderstanding of the process in many posts, less haste and more consideration needed by some which may reduce the apparent anxiety.
