Interesting Poppyseed, The only non-personal holder with close to 100m shares I could find was James Brearley & Sons Ltd (FT states circa 135m). Wondering why JUB didn’t or didn't have to TR1. 5m warrants at 0.5p attached to the 100m issue.

Done some digging and now believe we should be looking at a date 6 months from suspension not 6 months from sale before AIM becomes an issue.

Has anyone managed to decipher the RNS 02/01/24 regarding Mr Jennings et al holding ? RNS came when the share was suspended. Perhaps I'm not reading it properly but has his holding increased from 9.6% of 632,494,834 = circa 60.7m to 8.57% of 1,057,494,834 = circa 90.6m ? This being the case and his past history of being active in pushing CEOs out the door perhaps he has some confidence in the future of PFP/Rome/NewCo.. As alway very happy to be educated.

632,494,834 shares means 0.158p per share per £1m received by PFP, or 1.58p per share per £10m received, or 15.8p per share per £100m received. So a “small” award gives a decent return.

@Lookingformoney, @itzagamble, for clarity remember that whilst there are 1,057,494,833 shares in circulation there are only 632,494,834 that attract bonus shares on any BIT deal, i.e. those on the share register on 5th September 2023. The share cannot have imploded in the last few weeks as they have been suspended since 29th November 2023 at 07:30am due to the reverse takeover.

Companies House now list Silvertree Partners ww.silvertree-partners.com/en/ as "People" in the PFP fold working as company secretary. Presumably taking over from David Taylor, I don't recall seeing any announcement of this

Luangwa Resources LLC incorporated on Boxing Day last year, so its a couple of years younger that AAG with their vast international arbitration history. I had previously dug deeper on the ICIS website for AAG and my $20 got me little more than a postal address and that they owed $515 in back taxes. I think that the important part of these companies is not necessarily the history but the people behind them and their experience in the area concerned. Wouldn't surprise me if it's the same names as behind AAG. However this detail is elusive, at least when AAG was first introduced we had the Chairman's name.

All contract are renegotiable, just needs both parties to agree. In this case looks like AAG couldn’t equate the effort/cost verses the reward/time and PFP agreed. Seems to me that they see a smaller, pre-BIT conclusion, settlement as a more probable outcome. Lower costs, quicker time. Key point is the BIT is launched so will be on MozGov radar. Would still like to see more details of the SPV.

My understanding and primary concern is PFP will be delisted if the RTO is not completed before CoB 17th Feb. Secondly that there has been no details of the SPV or any confirmation that NewCo will set up a SPV or that the agreement between PFP and AAG at the sale of IMM is valid within NewCo. As always very happy to be educated.

@Lookingformoney. Who’s telling you this ? Nobody will loose shares, for you example to happen (1m to 250k) there needs to be a 4:1 consolidation. This has been mooted on the board before due to the large amount of share predicted in NewCo. Of course a consolidation leaves room for more downward movement and what ever the SP opens at there can be movement up or down minutes after.
