R1... , CEO and company appear to be very much more confident in the twittersphere. They're going to have to wise up quickly on shareholder communications, good job there's not an AGM vote soon. Despite this I think the company has some legs but perhaps not a long as previously thought. Interesting to see if the next positive RNS is greeted with a similar rise or whether there's some inertia to overcome from this recent episode.

Big Pharma could pick up N4P for pocket change but they will want to know it will work at some stage. Some my pick up just to stop others from doing so.

Tend to agree NM. This is a positive RNS which I read with cautious optimism. It's a restatement of previously communicated facts and, as the title states, confirms board approval for the drill; which I guess is a required process. The RNS doesn't state that the core analysis is complete, hopefully this is not too far behind, and the BOD's early movement on setting up the drill will be well founded. Overall positive but perhaps not as quick as some would want and MM shaking the tree just pulling the SP down. Very confident the Col will make the very best out of this opportunity.

Perhaps this has been seen before but on a re-read after some time the validity of the English courts jurisdiction to the case seems quite compelling. 3 of the 4 agreements apparently stated English court jurisdiction. Maybe too much time has passed and an agreed settlement is best for PI's, it may be this lingering threat that keeps all parties at the table.
