Just in case anyone else jumped too readily to the wrong conclusion ......... OB73 .... I always considered a strategic partner for PFP as being someone capable of getting the product out of the ground and to market. Therefore to me this suggests an existing actor, probably in Moz already, but certainly digging up mineral sands as we speak. That said we (PFP ) appear to be in somewhat of a standoff (with Moz Gov, TZM) at present (although I think there is plenty going on behind the scenes(PFP discussions with other parties)) so perhaps the perception of the size of our (PFP) cohunes is key and the gents you mention (Gasson & Eckoff) do add to this. ..... no spill over, never posted on Ascent.

PFP mine value growing on recent and sustained mineral price increases.

The outlook for zircon has also continued to improve, with price increases during the quarter and continuing to date.”

OB73 ... interesting I guess to look a who are the major share holders. Those institutional share holder listed on the tearsheet could be made up of any number of small investors who could be victims of stop losses. Of more interest, at least to me, is the Director Deals tab on this page. Consider two of the listed names; John P McKeon, who at one time held 127m shares which could be circa 22% of the PFP and Gordon Dickie, 89m shares and circa 16%. They are not listed on the PFP website as major holders not directors (27/05/21 : Align (11.43%) , Trew (3.23&) and Eckhof (3.01&)). Therefore Messers McKeon and Dickie are either sold up (could be checked against RNS but I can't be arsed) or hold, somewhat hidden, within an institution.

Itza ... please could you explain this part of your post in more detail .... "I have not heard of any of their assets being seized yet other than the General's PFP shares.". Who seized the General's shares ?

Here's a simplistic view but with 531,328,168 shares currently, for every £1m of compensation/reparation (whatever you want to call it), PFP gains just short of 0.19p towards market cap. So £10m equates to 1.9p, £100m equates to 19p, etc. etc. So we can day dream over a $1bn mine value or $650m+ reparation claim but the key is what value can be gained from this current situation. Don't forget that developing the mine will involve serious investment and a depreciation of its actual value to PFP. I'm reaching a point where I feel some sort of workable settlement (modest by comparison to he figures above) along with some sort of royalty as the mine produces secures PFP future and allow diversification into other opportunities.

Whilst very encouraging that TZM agreed to discuss lets no ignore that the meeting was facilitated and attended by representatives from the British High Commission in Mozambique, the UK Department for International Trade, and the National Mining Institute of the Mozambique Ministry of Mineral Resources and Energy. This was not just a meeting between two companies who at first sight might appear to be on opposite sides of the fence, it involved both party's governments (don't tell me TZM are Chinese). For both TZM and Pathfinder this isn't about landing knock-out blows, its about getting value. I've posted before about the possible value at huge discounts. Pathfinder are in a strong position to gain substantial value.

@Earl..... , Interesting to consider client numbers (observation not criticism), churn rate, cost (time, systems, FTE) of managing administration and cost of managing increasing customers base (time, system upgrade, FTE increase). Interesting article https://www.cobloom.com/blog/churn-rate-how-high-is-too-high# Certainly revenues increase with increased client base but so do cost, and I guess the trick to pull off is to increase both client base and margin. Lets hope MOS can do it.

My guess, repeat guess, would be Kenmare. Although I see that Iluka are having some issues with Sierra Rutile so could be looking for new assets.

I hope they are right. Would be good to see a third party assessment. Align have significant skin in the game.

Andrew Suckling is an interesting board member of UOBKayHian ... several fingers in several pies in the minerals sector. Very pleasing to see more institutional investors coming on-board, modest positions but they don't usually give it away. Someone's telling a convincing PFP story and its starting to resonate.

Roll.... , No worries. Significant to me is that PFP are obviously seeking out those involved in the misappropriation of the licences despite the measures taken by them to cover their tracks. I could imagine some who thought they were acting in a protected manner who might now feel exposed. Agreed, significant move by Klaus, who appears to be acting as a private investor. Serious investors say no to opportunities much more than yes, he must see some value.

Roll.... . Not sure that is perfectly true, perhaps I'm being a bit pedantic. If you've done some searching you can see similarities of names between the documents setting up TZM and those involved with AGW. However I can't recall such a connection being made in a RNS. Very happy to be corrected, but even happier to see more diligent pre-BIT work being performed by PFP.

Agreed, an extremely positive performance form Marky Mark. Certainly talking the talk, now needs to back this up with the evidence .... regularly.
