It's rare so many of us agree on pretty well all the current issues. For the life of me, I just cannot understand why they are either always in closed or?. Is it an excuse....or do they just take us for granted. Well in my mind, the incompetence of the spiral of death deal has to be paid for... either in kind through the purchase of shares or another way. The person responsible should be held to accountable....yes an issue to raise at the AGM!

Although I'm still livid about the £150k break free penalty, Let's also hope for a decent update that restores some of our lost ground. In the meantime, I have to seriously consider whether to buy more at the discounted price....should it fall that low or just take the hit! Thoughts anyone!

Satu must support us....unless, of course, it was her recommendation and actioned accordingly.......I strongly recommend all serious investors request authority to attend the AGM and vote with their conscience!

I've given them support when clearly under attack from wrecking posters, taken abuse in support of them ...but the spiral of death deal is inexcusable....someone must be held to account....the deal is still defended by valirx as the norm....well I'm a retired engineer not an accountant, but even I could see it was flawed at the onset. Then Satu insulted us all by selling it as a good deal at 0.6p.....what a joke...although she is the CEO she is clearly not up to the job. If I was running this outfit I'd place her in the laboratory where she would add more value. So who advised her? Who was it the he/she.who is accountable for a costly farcical error. Costly to us....I will never excuse incompetence....not at the salaries this bunch pay themselves and continue to do so whilst threatening administration if they don't get their way... Someone's head has to roll....they all need to take a pay cut and invest in an attempt to salvage the situation....If they don't....I will be convinced that they are planning administration in order to get their hands on the IP's...for a song. Nothing you can say will have my mindset unless they deliver their promises and also compensate us for their incompetence.....yes incompetence.....if found guilty in Industry....it's demotion at the least and more usual a sacking offense.

Would be nice to see funds diverted to assist supporting the business they run on our behalf though. Well, run is currently an understatement...how an earth they couldn't apologise for the spiral of death fiasco...that "THEY" inflicted on us. No one else but them...have they suffered?...no chance!...If it wasn't incompetence then what was/is their motive?...take us down and buy the IP on the cheap.....I really suspect it's the case. My suspicions will remain until they release positive details of the deal they haveave been working on for over 12 months. I'm sorry for being so negative but if there has been underhand dealings I want it exposed...even if I lose the £14k remains of my original investment. Between kicking myself I continue asking why the hell I ever supported this bunch of incompetents. Will a decent pharma please make an offer and carry out due diligence....that's all I ask. Let's know the facts...If a deal doesn't exist...that's over 12 months if investment decay they owe us.

rules....I'm 100% certain that if with the benefit of hindsight, he was asked to comment on the spiral of death deal you would get the same reply..

Mathproof..the point is the death spiral agreement has done it's damage to shareholders...getting out of it did further damage and now a new agreement makes things worse.
There is a blame game to be held especially as when I challenged the spiral of death deal George Morris advised me directly that it was the going rate....Well as far as I'm concerned it wasn't.....as the market has negatively reacted to it and continues to do so. In the meantime a fortune has probably been made by bottom feeding day traders. So what's next.....consolidation.. I wonder.
Meanwhile...where the deal... I genuinely suspect there isn't one.. if so...and we have been led along for a year....someone or two are accountable...

That's assuming there is a deal Taverham.....it also assumes there is data positive enough to attract a third party entering into a deal. Right now I have very genuine suspicions....and I don't make this statement lightly.

Yes I was and would probably still be supportive had they not entered into the spiral of death contract....I'm consistent though unlike others...I have been complaining to the company ever since....On the first occasion I was told that it was the going market rate for raising funds .. Well it clearly isn't.....as we can now see.
But the damage was done and now with today's news will be exasperated.
Is it incompetence as the only value left in the Company are the IP's and we all know what their book value is.....when it suits the seller. We also know what value a scientifically qualified person can put on them.
I have pleaded with them to buy into the company.....always closed so cannot do....rubbish...they are in a win win.....if any wrongdoing is unearthed going back two to three years the paper trail will sound it out.... otherwise they are very Clearly guilty of incompetence.

If they are guilty of incompetence or wrongdoing, they are personally liable.
The paper trail will be the evidence.....
It needs investigating. it will take time .....my advice is to contact the SFO on 02072397272....they will ask for details as to how much you are losing, your concerns and they will recommend you get as many as you can that are in a similar position to complain. I'm going this serious fraud route for my own reasons...trust me, you must be prepared to wait for a very slow machine to grind into action. It will be worth the effort.

Any sign of a contract with a partner .... apparently set in motion over a year ago.
The only thing I don't fail to see is a share price crash. ..
