Nick Slater's selling.....reason RNS indicated 50% of placing....I'm guessing the placing was financed by him. He already sold 50% prior to the RNS....he's now flipping the remainder....my reasoning....cannot sell for any larger than 1m and best price 0.221p....thus no short term profit. On the other hand? He could be buying... But I'm not so sure...but someone is???

Agreed...Nick Slater will have a voice....it's really good to hear that he has bought in...answers my question regarding the right spread.. clearly he is not in it to lose money...bodes well for the future.

....none of the new shares are to be offered to the market for trading. Could they be presold or held pending news...if the latter is the case anyone going short (albeit some say that it's an impossibility)....may get a bit twitchy in the underpants region.

Yes, if I was running Valirx and had some good news I'd release ahead of the AGM...but what do I know!....my wealth creating record is currently 0/10...thoughts anyone or if not let's see how the day pans out....
