There is no new dose escalation. Read the actual announcement and listen to the audio. It actually says "new protocol for trial aimed at preparing an MAA" or in our lingo "phase 2/3".... "or pivotal" as he actually said"

I wish I could be the bearer of better speculative news but methinks Nick Slater's 7% interest in Valirx is reducing rapidly. In fact I'd be expecting a further RNS confirming same very shortly.

As for you negative comment regarding the trials...it really strikes of desperation.. honestly...I keep a reasonably open mind these days as I'm still smarting about the last but one fund raise.. But seriously...you appear to be clutching at straws mate.

No, Physiomics not involved in either Val's 101 or 201..It is a long finished contract and they have no share of anything within Valirx. Incidentally the work was on 101 only....Fact. Straight from Valirx head office this morning...when I queried..

Isn't phase I trials primary objective to confirm safety, tolerability and/at optimum dosage...
Isnt the RNS confirming that's been achieved.
With regards to phase 2 trials, following peer review...isn't the principal lead eminent enough....I thought he is?
So doesnt today's RNS bode well for the future phase 2 trials ....Surely the acid test will be the opinion of the experts who advise the big pharma's?

The sites reporting 19m sold today and b'all bought....joke!!!!!... Anyway....27m bought or sold required to take NS through the 5% or 10% thresholds...So, at this rate, could be tomorrow....but I'm not holding my breath.

If the half that's right involves NS holding and even better increasing his stake....I'm a very happy bunnie....either way we shouldn't have to wait long for a further RNS
