Just read your note Dracky and my comment wasn't aimed at you personally. It was general....too much talk of placing, when we don't know if or when...but have a good idea it will be an event .....but we do have funds for a while and await news.

We don't know what is planned and I daresay Valirx bosses are in the same boat.
What is preferred Vs what actually going to happen surely has to primarily dependant on the quality of data analysis....As for 401 in particular...the next phase of its development....from what Valju has posted we have a few more weeks to wait....those weeks are funded...so why keep bleating on about placing's....the records wearing a bit thin.

We will be invited to participate in the next placing....that's a welcome change in Valirx strategy, albeit during previous fund raises...the sp has dropped to the offer price but unfortunately hasn't risen after....So the key remains....quality of results and the introduction of a third party whose attracted by those results.
As I said, assuming we are not being mislead and there are ongoing negotiations, any further interest we, as investors, can attract....must not be allowed to derail the status quo and thus surely must ideally be managed in conjunction with Valirx management.
Thoughts....

....and that is assist Valirx management deliver long term added value to our investments without further damaging our investments ....As far as I'm concerned the key to achieving this, is the quality of trials/research results, management of revenue expenditure (all in Valirx control). As for reducing existing investors cash dilution over time, I'm guessing its pretty well 100% dependent on introducing the third party.
Valirx has stated time after time that discussions/negotiations are ongoing.
Whilst the records wearing thin....as foresight states, any additional interest that can be attracted via our efforts could be useful if coordinated via Valirx management, as Valju stated.
I fear poorly managed discussion in isolation could be detrimental to existing initiatives.
Thoughts... and that goes for Valirx too who watch this site and can contact any one of us at any time !!!!
