Earlier this year I asked him questions in open forum. He was polite, respectful, business like and answered as far as he was allowed to.
There are others posting on this site that attended too, so I welcome their input.
During a 'one to one' social chat which followed, he made me feel welcome as a fellow human being and no evidence whatsoever of arrogance....I left feeling that if I had further contact with him, he would give me his time.
I can confirm that this has been my experience.

Unfortunately yes....it's a value added update that's required. It's way overdue.....however if, in the meantime, we creep back up to a level whereby decent news leads to a "sustained" recovery....I'm ok with that.

My understanding is, that although we all expected this update, the issue of a confirmatory RNS was/is a necessary
event ....Anyway, as far as I'm concerned, it's good news, so I'm not knocking it.
