By asking if I'm paranoid....I'd have expected some more data rich content from your post..... So why am I being paranoid about this trade?

It looks to me that the trade reported yesterday as a sell at 15.30pm bought the sp down ...it was cancelled today, but late on....the biggest trade of the day... it confirms to be that the sp is being unethically held down.....Someone is trying to frighten investors into selling before news. ...please tell me...am I right or wrong or paranoid?
