I think there are different ways to raise cash if we are forced to put a higher amount in the pot for legacy naughties. GJ could issue more equity into the market for 30p but a different class to us original holders perhaps? I am no expert but i think something like that will happen. The 130m we have still is a swizz because its nothing like as much owing to the senior and secured debt that we are fudging along. I know thats happening but i don t have the acumen to dig deeply enough. It just may start the clime north from a lower base and longer period. SMT are fine with that hence the buys but for us.....?.....

Another easy one to filter! Literally f all to say but subjective nonsense. We have MM Senior Secured Notes due 2024 (the “Notes”) with a coupon of 7.625%. We are able to meet that obligations currently which is the only thing that matters. If liquidity drys up because the FCA demand much higher redress numbers OR COVID trashes our collections OR Complaints stay high for too long then we won't be able to meet the coupon. And we won't get to start relending. Then RBC may try and put us in administration but more likely will be an equity raise where Amigo set a price for existing holders to buy new issue. We all make our own judgements as to which scenario is likelier. I believe the FCA will take us to the limit so that we can continue as a going concern personally. 60-40% chance of 2021 multi-bagging IMO.

I think the diversified products comes from the guarantor space potentially being too onerous to run going forward. Having to now find two guarantors, combined with the stringent checks on 3 parties could make the admin side too expensive .n All depends on the Woollard report I guess. This means Amigo is a new launch and not in the guarantor space potentially? Either way, as an FCA approved and trusted lender, they will find a way to help keep the business alive. It occurs to me that the time and energy the regulator is putting in to this to then have poorly regulated door step lenders out there as being madness, so Amigo will be a favourite son eventually.

I.see around 10% of the stock is being traded daily which i don t get. 1. There s no price volatility to trade with amd 2. We are to believe that sells and buys are very evenly matched day after day. It won t be lending then IIs moving in the next day. Lending will happen because complaints levels are lower and predictable. Those two combined will see us up to 20p perhaps. IIs will want a couple of quarters of numbers with no issues before they start to move back and the promise of possible dividends will see this back to stability. 12-18 months to get to 50p + i m guessing.

I believe GJ meant Q1 of calendar year. We were going to lend by end of this year so to jump 4 months seems unlikely.

I am loving this price action. When the SP was jumping up and down like a *****s draws, I remember thinking that until the SP does nothing for a while, progress can't be made with the SP, because of the volatility and trading. Volatility attracts traders attracts more volatility and the MMS love that, so encourage it along (more trades and volume = more profit). I didn't get involved and am exactly where I started in late July. However - Loads has happened with some major building blocks put in place for next year. Q1 is going to be stratospheric if this lands right because we know the traders will be back en masse to catch a ride. Clearly I got up on the right side of bed today my fellow Amigos:-:::-))
