Meant 0.08p!!
Buys now at 0.8p. Moves fast this one!
I have had another top-up here and now hold 6m shares, not selling a bean until we get some news on VELA's plans on what they plan to do with this 'war chest'.
GL all and happy Friday!
Interestingly, it closed at 0.094p on my screen, so sometimes the maths does stack up!!
Closing price I think was 0.1p before yesterday's RNS and the shares in issue then were 7,171,860,577.
New warrant shares of 1,434,967,250 gives a total of 8,606,827,827 (16.67% iro warrants at 0.06p) in force by close on 21/09/2020 (Monday).
So, mathematically, I make the effect on the SP to be (0.1667 x 0.06) + (0.8333 x 0.1) = 0.093p.
Anything below 0.093p IMO is a good buy, but DYOR and WTFDIK and all that jazz! I personally think the SP will start rising again from next Tues so I have made two top-ups, one yesterday at 0.0925p and another this morning at 0.0865p and am happy with those, but each to their own...
0.05p requires SP to close 150% up today and approx. 100% up tomorrow - not inconceivable IMO for such a minnow with this game-changing news. I got in a few days back at 0.013p and nearly sold out given the decline but so glad I held on! Only 26m shares but 'every little helps'! GL all...
review is out of the way, IMO it will be fine, this should start recovering towards the broker valuation. The average from their 3rd July report was 22p so at close to 5p I think this will at least double, but this is only my opinion FWIW and hence why I bought in here. Obviously DYOR but it is out there to find. GL all. FtT
I may have to review my 0.2p sale target at this rate - bonkers!
paid so it seems ;-)
I bought in earlier this week, only a small punt of about £1400. While I believe the sp is comparatively high (4x shares in issue since this time last month versus year high of 0.12p so 1/4 of this would be 0.03p in real terms) I think James Normand has a good track record and the fact his options are exercisable at 0.048p after 12m and 0.072p after 24m I can see the medium term value here, so plan to hold for a while to see what transpires... GL all.
Thanks warnz, I just noticed the post from pineapple below which suggests the writing is already on the wall, but couldn't find any news yet that says FCA has given clearance. I'm sure it won't be anything major so will take a small holding early doors tomorrow (as long as it doesn't spike too much) then top up as things progress... GL all.
I'm looking to invest here this week but am a bit weary about the FCA side of things. Does anyone know how confident the company is that it won't impact adversely on the sp? Thanks.
I don't post often anymore, but I noticed the spread is tightening on this, which seems like a good sign to me to encourage buyers...
now 1.125...
1m shares at 1.055 - moves fast this one!
this is more like it...
Hi all,
I can only see 5 trades on the Share Trades tab but the number 7 is showing above. Can anyone confirm the 2 I'm missing pls?
thanks Oldtimer1963
Compoundinterest, I am not sure, but alternatively someone out there bought 80, 100, 500 and 3,000 shares at a cost of £0.72, £0.90, £4.95 and £27 so unless they have accounts with no dealing costs, the amounts seem unlikely to come from PIs??
the unusual trades this morning, is it the MMs trying to generate some interest?
strange how this is being held down it seems when buys outweighed sells and with such positive results in dire times. A lot of other shares have started their recoveries somewhat but this appears to be held back IMO - I know there's a seller in the background but the fact the real spread for most of the day has been 0.7-0.8 and this site shows 0.8-0.9 is weird in itself.
Any ideas/ thoughts on why this is the case Oldtimer1963? I don't post often but have been a holder here for a few months now...
