Obviously these high predictions are tongue in cheek but I think a first stop at an Mcap of £10-12m should be eminently achievable IMO.
As this is main market I think once the debt and new funding position is made clear, we should see a value in line with EBITDA multiple I feel, which is what I'm basing my estimate on (assuming other projects outside JOE are ignored and any % of JOE profits too).
I've set a sell order at 0.03p for half my holdings to put my money where my mouth is and will see where the sp ends up for the rest of it.
GL all...
...I'd have put £5K into NCYT last October and sold it today for £900K which would have then bought 20% of ICON. It's bonkers what can happen when a share is topical and has good newsflow!
By my maths, that's a 17,900% return, so I'd be happy with just 179% here! Haha.
GL all, the markets can be a crazy place...
I've 'liked' Joe.co.uk on Facebook so now get all the feeds and they post loads of stuff daily, including interviews with plenty of famous people. I'm hoping their presence will start yielding more business ASAP...
A nice Friday financing update would be nice...
M/cap isn't £5m until the mid price is 0.016p and it is currently 0.01375p so about £4.35m. I think maybe the LSE system rounds it up to £5m??
I know the company has debt and isn't yet making a net profit, but it is predicted to start making one soon (based on £50K per month, not £100K just announced!) so I am confident value will out soon. Based on gross revenue of £1.2m per year (minimum, excluding any profit and other project fees) I think 10x this isn't an unreasonable short-term value, i.e. £12m or about 0.038p/ share - that's what I am personally targeting anyway! Obviously this will be lower if/ when more funding for shares is put in place, but let's see what happens re that...
GL all, hope you all get out of this what you want/ need...
Final shares being added to the roster today in line with the RNS so I imagine things will be a bit wobbly until they are all in place. Then we can get some clarity hopefully next week on the next financing steps...
Have a rattle I can borrow please?
I threw my other one out of the pram earlier and now can't find it.
Thanks in advance...
Is the word of the day! If this were Sesame Street!! Haha
If EHGOS aren't selling, I wonder who is? Something must be causing the MMs to keep this steady. I'm sure all will become clear in the coming days and weeks. All the new shares haven't hit the market yet so I imagine come Friday when they do, there will be a bit more activity then??
Correction, 31bn shares! Freudian slip there!!
now better IMO, revenue of £1.2m per year which should take us into profit in months according to recent RNSs.
If we take approx. 3.1bn shares in issue as of this Friday, an SP of 0.0155p gives an Mcap of £4.8m or only 4x gross revenue from JOE media alone (ignoring 25% of profits). Obviously selling will hold this back but based on 10x gross revenue alone, this would yield an Mcap of £12m or 0.0388p/ share.
I'm not going anywhere on this, staying put until I see what I feel is value for my shares. GL all, whatever your strategy!
Taken straight from their website:
JOE has rapidly become one of Europe’s most influential and respected publishers. We instil a culture of original and independent thought. We encourage our team to pursue the ideas that make them excited, and to deliver those ideas with flair, craft, guile and wit. That trust in our team – and their creativity, originality, and instinct for capturing the moment – has been the cornerstone of JOE’s growth over the past three years.
Sounds promising to me with, especially with 100m video views per MONTH!
If the management fees alone are £1.2m a year then surely this can't remain at such a low Mcap for long, one would hope... Great news!
FWIW I have had a small top up today as well...
I think we'll get an update this Friday, 16 October, after the new shares are added to the roster, IMO. Just a hunch, no substance to it!
The icon (no pun intended!) for Icon.LON on Google Finance changed today to show a picture of the BOD.
Some director buys would be a nice start to instill some confidence! IMO.
What's a few bn shares between friends! Even with 32bn or whatever in issue, that's still only an Mcap of £4.8m at the current price. Whether or not they then consolidate to make it more attractive to new investors remains to be seen, but this funding debacle is nearing its end and soon the sp can start showing real value, IMO.
Free ride is when you make enough to return your original investment and use the surplus to invest. Lol is either laugh out loud or lots of love, depending on your mood!!
I've been investing in AIM and other indices now for 13+ years and have had plenty of opportunity for multi-baggers but never had the balls to hold. This time I can thankfully leave my stake in here as it's a free ride thanks to making some on other stocks. I'm initially in here at 0.045p and have bought on the rise, averaging UP (lol)! Anything close to half a penny will do me just nicely and I plan to sit on these until that's achieved or it goes bust, whichever comes sooner!! GL all, have a good wkend, I'm off to finish my day job!
