The only possible supplier In Europe is Cornish lithium. EMH seems to be stuck or in a parallel universe at moment. All the majors supply finished product cannot think of anyone on runway ready for this. Ganfen has its hands full supplying their masters. Bit of a mystery to me sounds implausible on public info out there. If anyone could supply at that rate Tesla or the Chinese would be slugging it out.

The 4680 cell for the semi truck uses equivalent of 6 model 3 cars packs and cyber truck about 2.5 cars worth + the 2 million model 3 and model y. Not all ncm batteries a lot of cars will use LFP cells these need more lithium/kg so just a bit.
