Why didn’t I sell at 17/18p?

Because our wondrous CEO said 30 days - and I hoped, naively, that this might be the one where they actually do what they say they expect to do. Wrong again.

They didn’t. Equals yet more frustration and disappointment.

I didn’t accuse WSG of lying.

“Process of finalising” doesn’t mean any more than “substantial progress” which excited another investor (2016 I think). It’s a process. We have no idea how long it’ll take - or guarantee of closure.

The GPHA/MPS does roll on indefinitely - unless DHC KNOWS when it’ll be resolved.

Vomiting negativity? Hmmm. My pessimism has been more realistic, for years, than the constant, often wishful *******s aired by newcomers. See Company performance/SP/today’s reaction. 40 to 50% eh. Yeah right. Perhaps it should have gone up by that margin - but it didn’t. There’s a reason....

I was wrong about payments. Just begs the question as to why PF didn’t say so from the outset, rather than giving grounds for investors to stew. He hates speculation, love ambiguity. There’s the conflict right there.

They’ll be liaising with MPS daily. I have no doubt, given the dependency upon those negotiation, that MPS will be keeping WSG abreast of progress, if not detail. I didn’t say I expected an indication. Merely that we don’t have one.

Read the RNS. The best RNS I’ve read from WSG. Succinct. No “delighted” boIIocks. “Wishes”. Much better.

Begs the question why they didn’t just confirm payment on account in previous RNS’s. The SP might actually trend up if there was more clarity.

Pleased to read terms agreed - albeit in principle.

No indication on timescale for agreement twixt GPHA & MPS. It could run and run.

Suspect that this RNS means coming weeks might mean months (8 weeks+ from original “coming weeks” RNS).

I’ve reached the conclusion that nothing that should happen, does happen, when it’s supposed to happen on AIM. Else we’d all make money - and that’s not possible.

They weren’t a pre-existing company. It looks like it’s merely a Ghana registered WSG entity reassuringly for MPS, carrying the word Port. Our new specialist division. Does anyone know how to access directors info for said entity? Isn’t Scanport just WSG?
