HMI fails the smell test and I suspect an RNS will pop up at some point this year with the usual excuses, revised sales figures, cash missing, local managers on the take etc. If the business were run by honest and competent managers and Directors it would be a solid buy.....but it is clearly not at present.

Personally I think we are still in the speculative phase so not convinced a takeover coming any time soon. A joint venture to fund further exploration and mine feasibility plans seems more likely.

As predicted my fill or kill missed so added 500,000 shares at .48p. Why? To feed the buying and in the hope of a revised offer or an alternative bid. Wait and see.

When the copper results roll in I believe we will be inundated with JV offers. For now I would expect the sp to bounce back towards 3p but with this market who knows?

Rather than commenting here on how unfair the offer is how many of you have placed fill or kill orders this morning? I did just now to double my stake, if the sp pops I can make a bit of money and still retain a stake in YGEN.

The debt capital ratio is a bit high for me but in other respects YGEN looks a viable punt yet sp is sliding towards zero.
