Anyone else feel this company is starting to sound like HUR did from a few years back?

Making money for the lenders or bond holders but not small investors?

Yep looks encouraging re natural fertilizers. The problem we have imo is not Brazilian Gov Policy but HMI management competence, clarity and honesty. The business is a sound one, the management not so much....

Buy v Brazil.....the culture, the people and their government etc.

I doubt this is the end of the bad news. I would suspect the local management have been over claiming on travel expenses, overstating sales and some of the permits might even be dodgy because the local officials were bribed etc.

No facts to back this up other than the bitter experience of investing in or following companies like SRB!.

I left a fill or kill with HL for 2.7p for 30 days as I fear more bad news likely. I did wonder how long the money might last given the "costs" of doing business in Brazil. Example, who checks the travel claims of the sales reps? Did shareholders get value for money from that 600K?

That said, in the hands of competent and honest management I still believe there is a good business here and I remain a small reluctant investor.

To be fair, imo they are in the UK, USA and EU. One explanation is this, how many elected representatives are qualified and experienced engineers or scientists? Now pose the same question of the civil servants here and abroad. How many chartered engineers end up in public service? Getting a government 20 yrs ago to look seriously at the science and engineering of so called Green Policies was almost impossible. Today, as the cost of Net Zero Lunacy becomes apparent the political classes are desperately looking for a face saving way out.

Guilty, I decided to sell 2/3 of my modest stake and take profits late last week. Still invested and following PAT but want to see firm news and wary of all things Indian as I was a CNE long term holder and found the whole journey a drag.
