After my little winge about BA last week I've now sold up.
Their service is terrible. Just got back home from the US after 1 cancelled flight, then delayed flight delayed by over 5 hours. Spent 9 hours in the airport, no food or water provided. Very little information provided. Lost luggage with a reference that doesn't work. Tried calling numerous times and all I get is they are too busy and the phone gets put down.
Any company that has such poor service will hurt in the long run. I will no longer be travelling with BA and as an investor have decided to pull out.
Sorry for rant but BA won't let me do it with them. You won't hear from me again. GLA
