SP is Shifting!
Looking forward to tomorrow. Could see steadily progress this year and at last put COVID behind us in terms of Share Price
0.7 billion is Net debt.
I expect cash will pay down debt when it's due. Some of these are due soon. The Covid loan for example taken out in 21 was a short term 5 year loan.
My target is 10gbp but pencilled for the next 24 months. Be very suprised if it's this year.
Hopefully get passed that 2p this week. Then heading towards the 3p everyone is talking about.
My only concern is given how low the SP got to it may take a little longer as there will be more people profit taking along the way...
Sparky,
Great business and great growth I in at 175 and at just over 700 closed out. The gain was fantastic given the climb in a short period but with the news out and no short term drivers I expected a fall.
Don't forget the small float tends to over exaggerate movement during the ups and downs.
Hi Saab93e,
Fair question that one. If I may I'm going to pause my response on that for a few days. I'm off to Disneyland paris early doors and busy packing so I'll be offline for the next week.
What I will say is investors look for growth, the debt repayments will really hamper growth here for a long long time. We have seen reductions across most regions and UK legislation change is a big cloud hanging over the company.
All the best
Oh Simones. Please that response is so child like.
The issue with simply wall street is they are missing the 1.8billion debt in their calculations.
I wonder what they would say about it once it's updated correctly?
If u haven't noticed this then you really shouldn't be investing.
OK I honestly give up.
No wonder so many peeps lose money.
Not one single realistic point has been made to why this company should be valued at more than the current mcap.
Good luck
Sorry a what?
What profit are u referring too EBITDA ??
There are a large number of risks in play here, all very real risks hence its marked down.
Look at their mcap then look at their 2 billion debt. Now look at their profits after EBITDA. Doesn't take much chnage and the whole house comes down. It's not like they can even do a rights issue as their mcap V debt is so heavily weighted.
If there is no turnaround soon the company is in serious trouble.
Don't get me wrong it can happen and it can work. BUT there are some massive risks here where investors can lose everything. This really was my point to Simones. Just simply saying everything under a pound is value. Its not. Not in the slightest.
Simones,
Comments like that amaze me. What is really scary hpwever are the 5 ticks you have so far.
There are serious breaches potentially to have been made. Senior management are stepping down. Changes in gambling legislation and not forgetting the near 2 billion debt.
Please, please tell me what's good here. Maybe we can have a good debate. I don't short btw before u accuse me of that. I was running the ruler over the SP at 100p ish and there were numerous red flags that prevented me from joining.
Even now the downside risk far out weighs the upside. So hence please shed some light on the positives here.
The numbers they produced last qtr are insane. I keep having to take a look at them.
$18m free cash flow on what $1742 average gold price. Imagine getting in the region of $1900....
Eitherway loan will be rapidly paid off with a possible FCF of $60-80m USD per annum all for a mere 31m mcap.
For me the next real catalyst will be life of mine extension. If we can get this whilst paying large chunks of the loan off we will be laughing.
I'm adding more, it will mean averaging up but this is literially going to be a cash cow....
Going to dream big and collect as many as I can. I can see that light at the end of the tunnel.
It's the forward looking statements that interest me and they all look great. Record breaking bookings, beating 23 forecasts etc etc
Airlines are now clearly over the worst. Lots of growth potential here over the next 12 - 24 months I feel
Trek, west country is amazing. Couldn't believe it was part of the UK
Don't go during the gritter season though. Its beyond painful.
Pretty happy with being in the fast lane for growth!
Divi to be issued once numbers firmed up too.
How long before 1000p....?
Hey Trendz.
Yes I liked the holdings too. I also liked the p/e ratio, the growth over the last few years and the fact they could see some bumper wins from the likes of VW claims.
This may go to 100 again but I will buy that. Its far to low. I have also just read the company was in IC for possible take over target. Lots of possibilities here.
Thought I would say hello. Very compelling investment here with little down risk.
Just couldn't say no. Look forward to the continued story and later discussions.
Honestly, if they cap the savings to 100k in an ISA I'm gone. That will be the straw that breaks the camels back for me.
Another country can have my money. I'm not paying more tax to keep people out of work.
Not that I pay too much attention to Motley....but its positive

Thanks for the update. Didn't watch it but plan to. I assume a recording is on the website?
Any comment to the appalling SP?
I just hope it holds until I can buy a few more. Only need 2 more weeks!
