The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring Jeremy Skillington, CEO of Poolbeg Pharma has just been released. Listen here.
1.24 for me please
It's not now its the future impact this has. Wage growth is not growing as fast as inflation so people have less cash and all the secondary knock on effects this has, this will take time to filter through and until it direction is clear we will not be moving very fast. Forecasts from various economists are not painting a rosy picture.
This is my biggest investment, I'm happy buying as I have a long term view.
We also need the tories to get their act together, we don't know who will be leading the party, the two views are quite different and will lead to different outcomes on our economy.
UK in a bit of a pickle at the moment. I also believe we have devalued the GBP too far this time and we are all paying the price.
I posted a while back explaining I didn't think this would move until debt has been reduced and we shifted to the lower interest rates. I took out my holdings to play elsewhere.
I've just started to get back in today and will accumulate over the next couple of months.
I have searched everywhere but cannot find a similar gold play with such good fundamentals. I see many have patience here of a saint and beleive you will all be well rewarded.
Such a low pe ratio I am also wary gold should shift to the upper end, this adds a great stock to my portfolio.
Look forward to continued discussions all.
Rr in no where similar. Rr have assets for a start, massive order book and lead the industry by their technology along with multiple fingers in mtiple pies. Cineworld have no assets, are driven by what movies are being released and sell popcorn!
Mr Long, simply block them.dont feed their antics. Green boxes is all you will see
Good discussions.
I've just brought in. The growth is compelling, the ROE and ROCE for me are key elements that is showing a company still geared towards growth.
They are ploughing money back into the business and getting great returns from this, with a low PE I see this as great growth opportunity. Not many companies out there doing what they are achieving at the moment
Having reviewed the numbers I have brought my first tranche. Business is growing and profitable but seems priced to fail.
Hoping I havnet missed anything that will make this company a risk...
I like this bit:
'Plenty of smart money is still pouring into the airline industry.'
Can I now officially call myself smart :)
Could be a good opportunity to reach out to the Cineworld public relations and ask them to comment on the rumours!
I added a GIF asking for Evidence :)
I had a look (cause I would love for it to be true) the guy hasn't made up stories like that on his previous history but he also doesn't come across as someone in the know.
It's quite a serious comment to make before an RNS is released or caught on by news tabloids.
I may spend the weekend drinking champagne in the hope it's all true.
Goodweekend all
I would love for that to be true but seen too many times these rumours on chat boards turn out to be complete fantasy.
Though the amount and paymen structure sound pretty neat! One can dream
Quite happy of the market doesn't want to price in the positive forward outlook. I guess worries on the oil price eating into profits.
Either way I'll just keep collecting my tokens and wait.
We as humans have a very short term memory and are generally very optimistic.
Look back at all previous world wide events, small blip and then we move on. Populations are growing, businesses are growing and as a result demand for flying will come back and grow compared to previous levels.
We are not going to sit here in 2 years time and say I'm not travelling because of past events.
You're welcome to your opinion, I have mine. But the risk reward here has to be on the upside.
Take a look at the mcap compared to cash and assets at 2.00gbp and 1.50gbp for EZJ. I have and can't see it happening. Not unless another lock down happens.
As I said good luck, time will tell
Good luck.
I see the worst behind us now. I really wanted more money on this recent dip but wiped myself out with earlier buys.
Be interesting to know your reasons why you think it's going down to those levels considering the cash held and the market cap that would lead too. I would kind see your point if planes were still grounded but the way I see it soon we will be exceeding 2019 levels (once the airports sort themselves out)

Looking good for Boo. Spot rate for 40 foot containers has dropped considerably.
Trans-pacific routes have halved in recent months!
Sorry to hear that Rox
I'm sure you will make that up and more when CARD starts to perform. Have a great weekend.
I'm there tomorrow night :)
