We were told about what they are doing to get word out about the company. Just because us small PIs dont hear about it doesnt mean they are not doing anything. They are after bigger fish.

Very quiet here. So many comments saying how busy all their local shops are. I am hoping for rerate to start at the end of this month with next update followed by nice run up to Christmas.

I think there is a small risk of covid during winter. I don't forsee complete lock down again, maybe local lock downs depending on hospitalisation in the local regions.

Penny stock by definition:
Penny stocks or penny shares are common stock that trade with a share price below £1 in the UK and below $5 in the US. The companies will also have a market cap below £100 million in the UK, and below $300 million in the US. As they are small, low-valued businesses, they offer higher risk and reward to traders.

Other than being less than 100p (unlikely but possible depending on future outcomes) how does IAG define as a penny stock?

Everyone knows this will be volatile and no one knows what's going to happen in near term but we are well secured for finance. I'm still holding and adding. Short term dips don't phase me as I'm playing the long game. GLA whatever u decide

I actually find the plane counting quite interesting. We all know it's way behind pre pandemic levels but still gives me confidence if numbers are increasing each week.

This may change in the coming weeks now the holiday season is over. But I guess we will see

I dont think I'm missing the point and happy to have this discussion on the CARD board rather than CINE but CARD manufacturer their own cards and have distribution agreements with other shops to sell their cards. Hence in some locations you may even be buying a CARD Factory card !

This issue with CINE in my honest opinion is that VoD will eventually be released at the same time (or close proximity to) and will hurt trade. If you look at the numbers the attendances have been dropping for the last decade. The only reason financials have remained positive is because the charges have increased substantially. It's getting to the point where the charges will be considered too much when you can simply buy from the comfort of your couch.

Again I'm a CINE holder and a CARD holder. I just think CARD have more going for them long run. Time will tell as it always does

Yes you are missing everything. They are a cash cow. They have this market segment wrapped up. Manufacturer their own cards and sell online including quite a decent app now too.

They are in control on their own destiny.

CINE whilst I am a shareholder have huge debt and are going to be for a while at least competing against VOD. Whether you agree with it or not.

Time for Auld to start making more of an impact here. He has a really good track record, I for one was a strong supporter of him coming in. But we have had nothing but declines since during the several years of his leadership.

He has made some good moves but market still lacking confidence in the business. Auld should be getting this addressed.

I think they will open up to double jabs. I just think they want to stall until after the summer holidays so there isnt such a mad spike in numbers going through airports.

After all, Delta variant is in the UK and USA so what difference will it honestly make ?

So I'm going for 7.1m revenue for q2 based on slight increased production and higher BOE.
This will give us about 4.5m usd earnings but doesnt account for any costs in work overs or other wells we are working on.

I would be suprised if it's that high without the workover on the wells and Sancria added.
From memory for every 10usd increase for each boe equivalent our costs and royalties paid equates to 6USD.

We are very undervalued and we have a great couple of years ahead of us if we get that far before a buy out.

I will try and run the numbers and have a stab at what we should be. Either way the P/E if we stay at this level is incredibly low

Yep. They have made it quite clear nothing to worry about and that they are seeing the cash rolling in. If that's not something to get those shorters closing positions before it's too late then nothing will.

Loss been reduced and 8 billion cash to hand if needed. Nothing to worry about in my book as better then expected with things now lookng to open up further.

I see pressure on Netflix to look for more revenue streams now the market is getting quite saturated.

Diversifying could include gaming and music. I personally feel cinemas especially at current levels could represent very interesting value and future growth for them.

its just a little taste of what’s to come if management don’t give them the employment numbers they committed too 6 months ago. If they sit round a table and don’t agree then strike action that will impact plant production will take place next month.

These 17 will have no impact.
They will all sit round table this month agree COVID has delayed things and agree new date and move on.

It’s 17 though, they would have had more employees go out sick due to self isolation. If it becomes the whole factory yes you may need to worry, 17 will have very little impact.

Come on everyone let's just get moving and stop this panic nonsense.

Of course it will mutate. But it will do so in a good way. Covid will become more transmissible and less pathogenic over time. Vaccines will speed this process up.

Why does everyone want to see pure negatives, really makes me laugh.

At least make sense with your comment. The efficacy was estimated 60-80% depending on vaccine.
Infections are always going to happen. We are more open than ever before so it will increase and should increase. This is what everyone expected but the media is trying to spin it.

Vaccines doing their job. Stop just reading headlines. You want to stay shut up at home forever?
