Very quiet this board.
With most retail recovery very well I'm transferring more funds to here. Seems to be behind the curve which I want to capitalise on.

Time will tell

Because it was dragged down by uncertainty, the market hates the unknown. Just like CINE crashed to below 20p when they were not sure if the finances were available.

The company makes millions so I was always confident the company would survive as the banks have many other businesses to worry about.

We are heading back to where is should be.

Not if they are still in negotiations / discussions. I personally think it’s fine. Pre COVID they were profitable to the tune of millions. It’s not in the banks interest to let Card factory fail. Prob a change in terms to help CARD flourish now they know when openings are happening.

Dont forget we also brought another airline for half price. Have got rid of old planes, stream lined the business and reduced costs.

I read a message recently where someone stated an app update had happened. I expect they have made lots of improvements so will try to order again this week to see if it works.

My moonpig order came through on time. Though I have to say the Rose's were pants and expensive!

I think the swing could be much higher. Especially Inital drop I would expect straight down to 90p region as many will beleive there to be a risk of more funds needdd and also where their money could work harder for several months whilst they await updates on when flights will resume. In essence the drop will be brutal.

However with airline industry applying pressure and world wide economic recovery to take place the air space needs to open up.
There is no reason why it cant. There are quick tests available which can be used before flying. I think tests will be needed regardless of vaccination as you can still carry.

I dont expect travel to open immediately but in part some element of travel by end of Summer.

I'm still optimistic we will see people back in planes in 2021.

I took a position in Ezj on the last dip as I too believe a quicker recovery at the time.
I now think there may be a possibility of opening the USA up earlier than parts of the EU due to their vaccination programme.

Having both bases covered suits me and the one that recovers quicker I will move to the other once I feel it hits its peak.

I am not selling as I see positive news coming anytime soon. If it doesnt then it is just a delay and I will hold out until recovery which will happen. I dont believe any further RI so happy to sit on my hands. If it dips I buy more.

And for those who kept saying people wont want to travel again for holidays;

Sky News spoke to the chief executive of Thomas Cook to find out what people's attitudes are to travel right now.

Alan French said that his firm are "still seeing bookings coming through", because "people are really anxious for and looking forward to a holiday".

He said that some are booking for this summer, but for those fearing travel might not be possible then, they are securing dates for October, winter 2021 and summer 2022 instead.

Asked what holidays are being booked, he said: "Turkey, Greece, Spain are still favourites.

"People are pushing the boat out for next winter. We are seeing Caribbean, Mexico and Indian Ocean being favourites for that.

"We are also seeing people booking later this summer, more in the October time frame than they have historically done."

Seems people are chomping at the bit to get away
