The property tax thing, that is to bleed you dry even when you owe nothing on your house and it is debt free. They want you to be in debt (taxed) forever.

I said this was coming a few years ago. They need to be able to take your homes from you if you cannot pay the property tax. Ask people in the US how that is working out for them.

We (where I live) pay a tax based on a fictitious 'rental income', even if you live in the house!!!
