Hi Pokerchips, I read your comments about quality of protein powders, I started when they all tasted like wet cardboard.
The only whey ( see what I did there?) to increase muscle is protein, I've been using My Protein for over a decade, once every two weeks or so if I remember I have it...
Real food is the key to quality mass. I have eaten eggs for breakfast every single day for 36 years. Starting out at 6 then up to 12 per meal, now back down to 7 (no appetite). Up to 350-400g per day now down to 150g max, all from food.
As there is no regulation for 'sports supplements' they can and will put anything in it and are not accountable. If you want to know what's in your protein, ask the chicken, cow or fish etc. Just my 2 cents.
So while they are increasing their prices, there are also 'deals' that come up, buy your supply when a 'deal' is offered.
