Revolut recently announced they wouldn't dream of listing on LSE and instead IPO on NYSE, BP also look closer than ever to shifting.

A dearth of liquidity, piddly volume, poor transparency, nonsense intraday swings and stock prices managed by the industry to benefit a few closed circles has completely killed the market.

For the long-term Tullow holders who know the business inside and out , and are familiar with Kosmos, do you think they complement each other? Yay or nay?

I don't even think Rob is short, he's just late to the party and bitter.

If you'd been loading the boat at 38-50p instead of deramping, then you wouldn't be wetting your panties about a few 5-10% days in the red.

If you accepted the risk of losing it all before clicking buy, then there's no "debate" to be had. I don't think Rob understands what throwing the dice with a risky stock really means.

What price would we all bail at? I'm a new holder this year with a 24p average so I'd walk at May's 39-40p level if we return there.

The "current" short interest data doesn't tell us THAT much in of itself.

The data is trailing, only shows interest above a certain threshold, doesn't reflect open interest in options market etc. There are a lot of moving parts to the net bullish/bearish positioning for a given stock, not just declared short interest. Plus it may just be institutional hedging, and not indicative of large, speculative bearish positions with real conviction.

You don't have any points or credibility, you're simply trying to spread FUD to induce retail selling. People who say they're bearish at 9-year lows only to then see the stock 3x afterwards will be forever reminded.

Ferrexpo's problems are widely known, if you get your panties in a twist at the thought of waking up to a bad RNS then stick to Unilever and tobacco companies.

Anglo's rise is definitely driven by BHP's pursuit, but the former is coming from a much lower base. Anglo collapsed from 3600p to 1600p in just 11 months last year, whereas Glencore was initially more resilient to China's slowdown and trading in a tighter range.

Something has changed since May though, the dire liquidity and low volume on LSE doesn't help either.

There is indeed something very wrong here. The share price downturn since May is disproportionate to commodity price moves, and almost every day there's an initial upturn it is quickly sold into. The open is typically the day's high and then it gaps back down.

This move has to be M&A-related? Whether it's just rumour or fact-based we'll find out soon.

There are of course market shenanigans driven by both algos and humans, but that doesn't explain VOD's short and long-term demise. At the end of the day, VOD just isn't a very appealing stock for the 101 reasons already discussed here.

Why would global institutional investors wake up one morning and suddenly think that VOD is what's been missing from their life?

Some like myself are happy to take a punt in the 60s and low 70s, but the buyers dry up and people sell as it approaches 80p because no one really has any long-term faith in the company.

M1Rob, you're on record as "increasingly bearish" at nine-year lows of 38p in September. You have zero credibility and are bitter that you missed the boat, and or sold far too early under the historic 85p resistance level.

100p isn't high, overbought, or remotely overvalued even in the context of post-war levels. FXPO hit the 170p-190p area multiple times across different months since the invasion, back when things were far less certain...Again you post false blatant falsehoods.

No one here is under any illusions about the risks, I've said multiple times that we could still lose it all, but you're desperate deramping just as it seems to turn the corner is cringeworthy.

Funny to see frantic deramping from those who missed the 3x move since September. There were plenty of opportunities to add in the 40p-50p range, even sub-40p for a few days.

Waiting for "the bottom" is a mug's game, you only know the cycle bottom once its far in the rearview. Simply average down with patience and yes with stocks like this, be prepared to lose it all. I've witnessed +/-20% intraday swings with FXPO three times this year (there may have been more), today or tomorrow could be yet another one. This could 5x from these levels or we still eventually lose it all...Because that's what stocks like this do.

Some were seemingly waiting for 2015's lows of 20p, but iron ore fell below $40 that year. Others probably still wouldn't pull the trigger even if it went to 5p, which is why stocks like this aren't meant for you.

If you haven't got the right temperament then it's best sticking to the likes of BP. You leave them for 25 years and when you return, they're exactly where you left them. No sweat.
