At over 100 mil map and much higher with sign off a raise 10 Mil wouldn't upset me too much as long as its not a a stupidly large discount.

Given an expected upwards re rate on sign off then a placing would be less dilution post sign off

Sign off will deliver a significant upwards re rate IMHO .

No one in my circle can guarantee imminent sign off or that the placing will not occur first.

Therefore on Wednesday I took a nigh on 40% profit leaving original stake invested.

If placing arrives pre sign off I,ll put that 40% back in
