I would be cautious as the drills so far have not led to Production and the proposed wells, pipeline and well site facilities are estimated to cost nearly 400m Canadian dollars ($CAD)or around £260m. 10 Years of drilling .

In my opinion investors were seeming to think that each month in an ongoing fashion that there would be $1000000 going into the coffers and that the Gaff report would bring deep joy of further riches and humongous upgrades.
In reality the Production rate is likely to drop significantly and the Field Development Plan may have a chance of restoring it or perhaps even increasing it or maybe not , who knows what further drilling will bear ?

I think we will get a re-rate and the new Broker is step 1 towards that. This Broker would deal at institutional level and enable proper debt if required as opposed to Bucket shop style

In the short to medium term only a fool would rule out Oil and Gas but IMHO way Bigger returns can be made from Green Energy Companies.
The less energy extracted from Green sources today only serves to demonstrate the opportunity laid before us .

My whole Point is that linking a potential rise in Oil price to Car purchases where people exit Poverty is weak.
In a lot but not all poor areas high and growing numbers of E Bikes are sold.
Oil prices go up and down usually due to Politics and or War
Renewable Energy is here to stay but I am also invested in Oil, we all are pretty much in many ways be it via Pension Funds or otherwise

I think that connecting people escaping Poverty and Buying cars to make a case for rising Oil prices is weak. In many poor areas of the World i suggest that a better case could be made for buying an Electric Scooter . In India there are eight times more Scooters sold than Cars and In China, production has reached such scale and efficiency that it’s possible to buy a new electric motor scooter for less than $100

Heid, just for balance let us just say if the cost of a car has risen 30% and all forms of Energy are rising in cost , how do you think this will affect those that are in extreme Poverty ?
