10ml of Tea tree Oil in poundland purchased for (Um yep you guessed it )£1
sold for £2
Also there is then the question of Rig availability
Its about as clear as drilling mud right now if all permits are issued or not for the next drill at West Newton . The Council has issued various permissions but do they have the EA Permits yet ?
Permits aside , what are the precise funding requirements and availability of said for next drill(s). Clearly Rathlin needs cash.
Dividend talk is all well (ahem) and good but what we need is action on the ground
With all due respect I believe that Malcy gets paid to talk to (promote) companies so although his media may be educational its hardly going to cover anything that should actually matter IE Be in an RNS
Good luck all
No cash raise within 3 weeks and shareholders could be toast. Not one for me thanks
Up 100% early doors, utterly mad.
Whilst an updated CPR may help what UJO need now I suspect is to get some firm dates and action on Keddington, West Newton and Biscathorpe . This should see a significant uplift because it would create interest and a fair chance of success, additional production . Also it may create the opportunity to recover Tax as a result of carry back arrangements due to an investment allowance against capital as outlined in the Government Energy Levy Document.
Plenty to go for here in my opinion but requires patience
Not really interested in dividends or buybacks, I have enough cash for a new TV thanks, if I needed one
Or just take them over
I see your point but how much do you reckon UJO would sell 40% of Wressle for ?
Why would they sell it ?
Could the Partners afford it ?
Would Wressle be in Production without all of the Partners cash to get it going in the 1st place ?
This is the rule that limits buyback speed :
In so far as volume is concerned, the issuer must not purchase more than 25% of the average daily volume of the shares in any one day on the [regulated market] on which the purchase is carried out.
I can and do bet he doesn't do it at the pace he chooses.
Dave is not in Control of the speed of buy backs as he cannot control Daily volumes which would affect them
13:36 10,248 is a buy @ 29.175 , I know this because it is my Top up
Dealt at 0.29175. I bet Dave would like to buy back faster but there is just insufficient volume to allow it
Shares bought back to treasury are still regarded as issued (even though voting rights are withdrawn) and unless cancelled could be sold again
Volumes have been pathetic. To state the obvious "new news is required" Juts got quoted 29.2 to buy .
This share has taken a Heiding
Shares held in treasury could be sold at which point they would be treated as an issue of new shares. Shares held in treasury ARE STILL OFFICIALLY ISSUED share capital, the holder being the company, the rights of shares held in treasury are suspended.
You could just click on the Financial diary and see for yourself it was 17 November
Probably delivering some Lemon Cupcakes
55p on 3rd Oct, quite a significant rise since then, wonder what the shorties are up to
