Fair enough Zooropa, I get it. But things have changed now with the permit.

With respect Zooropa, why would you or I know who they are talking to, they have clearly stated months ago that they are in discussions with potential partners.

Now we have full mining rights, we have become far more attractive.

I certainly get it. If anything, they have too much. That’s why JVs with bigger partners will be needed.

All in all, a great day I'd say! Hopefully dropped it to collect a few for tomorrow.

KDRs Northern Ireland Ni-Cu-PGM reservations have been described by a world leading independent expert:

"Recognition of similar geological and metallogenic environments, regardless of geological age, like that between the Proterozoic Baraga Basin Eagle mining camp setting and the KDR property is what will lead to new Ni-Cu-PGE discoveries. What was once not obvious is now obvious!".

KDR noted in the follow up podcast that there was more than one very large anomaly that would be followed up immediately.

Other areas in Finland have been reserved for diamond exploration at Salla and Liperi.

As well as other areas (presumably for base metals) including Jappila.

Very little has been disclosed about these areas.

Lahtojoki gets us going, the big stuff is further north in Kuhmo.

Kuhmo as a whole COULD end up with diamond mines in:

- Seitapera (largest diamondiferous pipe in Finland)

- Riihivaara

- A5 (The green "stonker")

- Lentiira

With multiple anomalies in each area, hence why KDR insist on using the phrase "emerging diamond province" when discussing Kuhmo.

Lahtojoki - The existing PEA concludes a NPV of $39M and is upgraded to $69M when factoring in the percentage of coloured diamonds (including pinks/Blues). This in itself makes it an attractive proposition, but when you know there is another kimberlite source 1 - 2km to the south, the economics start looking even better.

"This information offers the prospect of there being a new additional undiscovered kimberlite in the vicinity of the Lahtojoki Mining Permit which has a mineral composition indicating that it has sampled the diamond-bearing mantle. This is very exciting indeed and, as hoped, significantly increases the attractiveness of the Lahtojoki Diamond Deposit.”

Lahtojoki on it's own has even more to offer than the headline NPV of "Phase 1".

Whilst it is the starter, it's more of an amuse bouche, and a very valuable one at that!

Kuhmo is a diamond province, where deposits have the potential to rival/equal that of those over the border in Russia, which are obviously worth billions.

Not too much of a stretch to see what KDR could be, and this permit is a stepping stone to potentially unfathomable things.

Start with Lahtojoki, roll on to Kuhmo. Winter drill, green diatremes, you get the idea!

The most valued diamonds apart from the "4 Cs" (Color, Clarity, Cut and Carat Weight) are sustainable and ethically sourced. Cue Lahtojoki, Finland.

Add to this, the percentage of coloured diamonds in the deposit that fetch 10x, 20x the value of colourless diamonds, and bingo.

No way this doesn't see a JV with full mining rights in hand.

Now potential suitors can see a runway up to diamond production, will we see Rio back at the table?

Long standing relationship with KDR, shared exploration data of all the work/samples in Finland.

Perhaps Lahtojoki will be a bit niche for them, but if it's with a view to securing the bigger prize in Kumho, maybe it will tempt them back?

Kuhmo diamond province will be massive.

In Northern Ireland, KDR have locked down Ni-Cu-PGM targets, which an independent world class expert has stated it's similarities to the world class Eagle and Eagle East deposits in the USA.

Zero value currently attributed to these at present.

Ex-shareholders can like it or not. The facts are that this is game-changing news for a company of KDRs size.

Or be humble and congratulate those shareholders that stuck with the company... we can all make mistakes Camkite.
