As much as I agree any resulting dilution in the future would not have anywhere near as much impact.
£40m raise at 2p would only be a 15% dilution, but if there’s another Atomic you wouldn’t say no surely?
Can we revert from childish name calling of other shares please. I’m in BPC too, though I would never ramp it.
We all make our investment choices of our own free will, sometimes your ahead and sometimes you’re behind. To label a company a “dog” is disingenuous to all those who work for said company and have worked hard to deliver a positive result.
Let’s try and show a bit of class while COPL is doing well ay?

Personally I “only” have 1.92m shares, yet that is 70% of my portfolio. I made some moves when Atomic was first in the pipeline and now I’m glad I did.
Now my dilemma is how do I tactfully move my 410k from my regular account into my ISA, without incurring any tax. It’s a good dilemma to have.
Muel
I’ve read bits Charlie, mostly I have been looking towards yours and others informative posts and then reading any resources on here.
I’ve been in here just under a year now and many moons ago I would of been happy with 1-2p, now I’m holding on to everything until at least 10p. And that’s not a ramp, I think if you have the patience here amazing things will happen in the next 2-5 years.
Muel
Sorry did I read this correctly?!
I presume that is to maintain production levels in 2022 / 2023 but I would also presume that, that would mean there is scope to further the production levels. If so buy how much?
I’m hoping someone more knowledgable than I can give us an idea but even if it’s say 5000bopd.. I mean wow.
Have a good day all.

Not sure this has been posted. Just the standard Sharetalk view if anyone is interested:

Information only, I have no thoughts or opinion on the above.

Not getting Married to my cohabitant if this hits 20p!
Thailand anyone?
I need a beer..
Fully agree CawCaw, not to mention ridiculous warrants post re-rate, if we ever re-rate.
I’m not against dilution per say but it has to be for a tangible gain, otherwise I just feel like we are being dealt a kipper.
Muel
I feel like I’ve fallen into a muppets movie..
I’m with CawCaw on this one. Even if this would be to stump up the cash for the remaining % of Wyoming or for a new marginal / distressed asset... why now?
For example, even if there were another Atomic around the corner and this money was for it for example.. does t it make sense to finish the first acquisition first?
Somethings doesn’t sit right currently with me, however I’m sure I will be put in my place in the future.
Muel
Looks like the herd is arriving..
Muel
It’s almost like you believe what the company tells you =)
Muel
Ironhide,
I just wrote an essay but accidentally deleted it. Just keep your head down and you’ll be fine.
Muel
TheShareGuy,
Far be it from me to spread doubt but would they of though? I think not. I have seen many a company “withhold” bad news for a set duration while the share price remains buoyant. I presume we can all speculate why.
I do think this deal will be done, the longer it goes Makes me think there will be an extension or caveat of some sort. I’m happy to be wrong.
Muel
CawCaw, I hope your wife hasn’t heard of the internet ;)

I was going to mention PMO weeks / months ago and the debt. The sight here is the potential, granted you could think that with anything.
I’ve been staying away from the board recently as things have gone a bit mad.
Anyway..

Cheers YM, I knew it was there or there abouts.

FunkySausage,
I believe this is the RNS you seek. Highlights the agreement between Essar and Shorecan (which I believe is 50% COPL and 50% shoreline ((our native partnership)).
Essentially Essar take 70% ownership and Shoreline have 10% on a free carry (5% to COPL). There is an opportunity for Shoreline to purchase the further 20% if 20% of the historic costs of the first wells are paid to Essar.

Or something like that, I’m sure someone more in the know than I will correct me if I’m wrong.
Muel
It’s almost as though HSBC could be the financier, is that allowed?
On a lighter note, it’s great to see some positive movement and happy smiling people. I’m in the midst of moving house so no smiling here yet but inside I’m dancing.
