Proposed Directors of Tirupati Graphite explain why they have requisitioned an GM. Watch the video here.
The chart looks really precarious down to the 3rd support point at 19.30. If that falls, the next support is 17.4p, then 11.6.
If for some strange reason you're looking to buy, I'd maybe just wait to see where this settles over the next week or two.
With the decline in performance over the past year with Ebit at just £8m, a current valuation of just over 11x ebit is not exactly cheap. It's not expensive either, but this doesn't jump out at me as bargain basement price, especially given all the complications of those involved with the board.
Nano has historically bounced strongly from just below 20p, but with sentiment so low and no obvious catalysts to boost the share price, who knows what will happen? Lots of selling going on today.
A really excellent investment at these levels. Divis 6%, massively undervalued, tipped for 100p by IC. What is not to love? Load up load up
Good news and Fundamentally this share is way too cheap. It has been tipped by IC for 100p. .
Time to load up before it pops
DWF looks too cheap in my opinion
I don't mean to stir the pot but this business is f*cked!
qdnano intelligent input darling, why don't you just have another beer then?
The 30s investors are probably all gone.
The book value?
Have a read of my previous post about the valuation.
The valuation is absurd at this price.
The cash is £77.4m with a very low burn.
The factory is worth about £10m.
The business is worth something.
To value the business below cash and assets at 27p is definitely oversold.
The sensing/2d business valuation is completely subjective, but it's not 0.
Well done all, I was too cautious on SED and missed the boat around 20p. I was thinking they needed cash.
I was hovering over the buy button at 20p. Bother! Missed this one, what a costly error.
I'm happy for all those who've gained though. Well done all and I hope it continues.
I sold out too quickly here. Never mind. Well done all!
Boom
Talk me through those trades, do they look normal to you?
Looking at the recent trades and seeing LOAM top up has made me think something is brewing again here.
I think we're about to get some major news and I think it might be a bid process personally.
The valuation is ridiculous.
How's VRS looking for you techguru? Good luck pushing this one on from here.
Yh but c'mon, Doc H can say what he likes, surely one of the first things you do before investing is read the most recent trading statements?
I did that earlier and it looks like VRS are at risk of extremely large dilution or administration.
GravyTrain you're deluded if you think this is going to 1.5p today
That is a bit troubling!
